Do not use this company , I sent an email to get my order state they replied after 3 days and said the items will arrive in uk in 3days without sending any confirmation email then I got an email day after. They only sent 2 chairs which i ordered 4 . Why they didn’t ask me before they sent if there are not 4 I would cancel my order. So now I have to refuse the items. Not even sure they actually sent items? I said can I get full refund. Still no reply . Absolutely this company is a mess.

It's impossible to return orders. Ive asked for a return ticket for one week now and they just keep on mention what the return cost will be and ask for pictures of the order in original packages (that I have already sent them 3 times). talked to 5 different people at the chat and mail and have to start over every time.

We chose this company upon my friend's recommendation. Their products are of such high quality that I cannot describe them. We bought a single seat for our coffee house and we were very pleased. The fact that it is budget-friendly is another footnote.

Absolutely the worst thing I’ve ever ordered furniture wise. The rattan started to deteriorate within the warranty time but it was Covid. I contacted them shortly after, as it’s not even a minor issue - the entire sofa has fallen apart. They couldn’t help me. So £800 heading to the tip tomorrow. Never again.

We purchased a glass table from Beliani in May 22 with a 24 month warranty. Whilst we were generally pleased with the table our review relates to the post warranty service from Beliani which was extremely disappointing. The table was about 6 months out of warranty and one leg fell off causing the the table to tilt and damage to a monitor on it. We wrote to Beliani noting it was out of warranty and seeking any help or guidance they could provide. All that was offered was a small discount on another table with no help or guidance on how it could be fixed. We acknowledged the table was out of warranty but the leg should not fall off in such a short time and the help was non existent.

I purchased a table which was delivered on 8/01/2025. It wasn't opened until 13/01/2025 as it was a present. When opening we found that part of the table was damaged. (No damage to packaging) so I can only assume it was damaged beforehand. I contacted the company and they told me that I had to pay £20 to return the item as I did not inform them within 24 hours of the damaged. This is against consumer law as the majority of companies will give you 30 days. They would not send me a replacement and I had to argue my rights to be able to get a refund. Parcel now being sent back and I am now without a table.

Completely ignored our nominated delivery date, gave no updates on when our parcels would arrive and took nearly 2 months to deliver. Consequently this resulted in us being unable to check the item within the 2 week returns window (contacted them on day 15 - for context Christmas was in the middle). Only being offered credit for something that hasn’t been opened, minus returns costs. This would not have been the situation if our nominated delivery date had been honoured as we would have been able to check the items within the returns date. I feel really frustrated and disappointed, and significantly out of pocket (over £200). This has been an awful experience.

Extremely disappointed—do not buy from this shop! The mattress advertised as 2m is actually 1.9m. Their explanation is utterly bizarre: the mattress is supposed to "get a bit longer with use." Here's their exact response: "Following up on your report, the issue has been reviewed. Please note that the measurements of our products may vary by +/- 2cm. The length of the bed frame falls within this margin of difference. Additionally, there will always be a slight gap between the mattress and the frame in this specific bed model, as shown in the photos on our website. Over time and with use, your mattress should become slightly longer, reducing the gap." I find this justification completely unacceptable.

The "Home delivery: room of choice" option at £49.99 is not honoured, courier refused to fulfil it, customer support is not helping.

Dreadful customer service. They do not tell you that delivery may be 3 days from when the courier goes to the shipping container and picks your order up. What a joke. That is when you will receive an email. They do not accept that they should notify you when there are delays, they just leave you guessing. I will never use them again and advise others not to bother.

Do not buy!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID, at all costs.. Zero customer service. Bought a dining table. Damaged. Now its in the middle of my house, we cant even use our own house. They cant pick it up, they cant give any compensation. Solution is fully one sided. Just use Amazon.
