Be wary of shopping with Beliani. I absolutely adore our furniture, but after finding damage to the table top after their timescale which they don't include this in their correspondence once you've ordered, they literally won't help you. Even though it's under 24m warranty, you're not coveted. Our parcels were damaged during transit. However, we had nowhere to store all the products out of their boxes to check them all due to bad weather and our garden project taking longer than anticipated. Even though they advertise as Beliani UK, have a London phone number and .co.uk website, they're actually registered in Switzerland and act under Swiss law. People from the UK are not covered by their consumer rights in this scenario. So now, the only option we've been given is to pay a further £300 (?!) to get a new table delivered as a goodwill gesture from Beliani? We spent nearly £3,000 on our furniture and now face another bill even though its at no fault of ours.
They delivered on time to the correct address. We were not happy with the fitting of the cover for the furniture, they sorted this and replaced with a larger cover. Excellent service

The worst shopping experience ever! Items are in very poor quality, either full of scratches or apparently a returned product from others. Long waiting even it’s said to be in stock. When u receive it, everything priced down. Don’t expect they would rectify their mistakes as early as they can, cuz they would say their shipments are directly from Germany so u can only wait. That’s all. It’s same as B&Q quality. Don’t trust the comments they put up. ( P.S. I bought a in-stock parasol on July 2 and they sent me a used one without screws. And they attempted to send me a new one but I still haven’t received it today Aug 20 lol ) Update: I finally received another parasol today Aug 23 but it’s again a returned n used product. the address labels for previous customer were clearly torn off on the box n it’s apparently unpacked n packed. It’s not solid after assembly n can understand why people keep returning it. Think twice before buying anything here.
Good choice. Value for money. Had difficulty signing in as a guest. Would not accept email address. Had to try three times with three different addresses. But apart from that, no problem. Would use again.

I have had awful experience with everyone. I have contacted so far. Article: Rocking chair LIARUM grey To the first colleague I mentioned that I wanted to return the item as I’m 7 months pregnant, on the chair isn’t suitable for the nursery as it isn’t large enough. This member of staff told me I was able to return the item within 365 days with no issues. I first wanted a cash refund, and asked if a manager could be involved to see if there was a good will gesture. I’m looking at your website, I was happy to purchase other things and do an exchange of the items. I contacted the staff member again to let them know this, they said to send images of the chair in the box which I did, and to arrange a courier for Monday. I have now been told as the chair is not in the original box/packaging I cannot return the item. This is different to what I was told over the phone yesterday, I was told if it wasn’t in the original box, I’d have to pay for the courier charge, which I was is happy to do (£25). I regret buying from this company, I’m won’t be buying again in the future.Would advise everyone else not to but from this website.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY After saving up for many months, we recently purchased a rattan sofa from Bellani. They were delivered to our new house (in a different town), and so we didnt see them for a few weeks. We could immediately see that the sofa was damaged and the packaging was completely insufficient for such an item. They were wrapped only in a thin cardboard cover cellotaped together which was covered in holes and gaps (see attached pictures) and there were multiple scuffs and scrapes to the sofa through the holes in the 'packaging', including a huge dent to the corner of one of the arms. We immediately reported the damage to Bellani and requesting a refund or replacement, as the 'new' sofas we had purchased were badly damaged, we were told we needed to report the fault in 24hrs and they instead offered us €150 as a 'good will gesture' The sofa cost €1000 and are completely unusable. We were told that we could have purchased extra insurance for the items and tracked them online to ensure we were available at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the company to ensure that the goods are protected in transportation and arrive as new. Bellani completely failed in this responsibility and we are heart broken that after many months of saving for new sofas they arrived completely broken. I urge you not to buy anything from Bellani if you wish to avoid a similar situation.
