Website clearly says free returns! It is very hard to return anything, 1 item is a simple return and they are making it very difficult, a week on and know where. The other item is a little complicated. But it is their error, I am not holding any hope of getting a return. Constant battles with emails, back and to. I wouldn’t recommend, if you think you may need to return what you are buying.

Site was fine, my only issue is 1- No apple pay makes things more difficult and 2- Delivery promise date in over 2 weeks is well below expectation.

Changed the delivery time almost 12 hours before my order was due to arrive ( already late) with 0 notice or reasoning. Conveniently not answering any phone call. Added another 5 days to the expected delivery.

I bought a piece of wood art from Beliani which looked amazing online , but when it turned up I was disappointed in the quality and didn’t look good enough. I had mail exchanges with customer service and actually the chap Eric was really helpful and responsive. I was offered cash inducements / credit notes to keep it which increased after I first refused but I stuck to my guns and returned it for a refund. I don’t think I’d buy from them again hence only 3 stars for ‘trust’ , as I wouldn’t trust how things looked online , and also I was just nervous that I wouldn’t get my money back - it felt dodgy even though it turned out ok . Make sure you keep the original packaging if you can as that would have been a sticking point.

Purchased a bed , and one of the parts has a fault, which make the assembly of the bed impossible, when I contacted the customer service for a replacement part, there is no answer but keep asking the same question. When I ask it to be returned, they ask me to package this bed into its original packaging before they can collect it . Unfortunately, until now,3 weeks after my purchase, I have not got a bed I can use. Really bad customer experience!

Good range of products. Bit cheeky with delivery - kerb side is free! So you would happily leave it outside if it's raining!? Then £40 to being it inside!

payment was chaos took ages. and couldn't enter full address properly as you restict the numebr of letters and it didn't fit
