My order took over 3 months to arrive and although the footstool is nice enough the wait was just far too long. Customer service really weren't helpful at all either and kept telling me to be "patient". I won't be a return customer.

Do not trust this company, the furniture is made of cheap materials (check list) with false advertising and ridiculously expensive. I wholeheartedly regret my purchase and found customer service to be terrible.
Extremely quick delivery and well packaged item. Lovely quality cushions,vase and lamp,pouffs true to the picture. Plenty of storage space and good quality item. I will be ordering another items and highly recommend this company.

The bed appears to be good value and its appearance is attractive. However, it is flimsy and the legs broke off that support the bed so it is now propped up with books. The slats regularly fall out as the design is crude. I’d give the bed a 4/10. The reason for the 1/5 is the dreadful customer service. I’ve had a number of email exchanges with a gentleman called Max, he is hopeless. I had some new legs sent to me but only one of the promised two arrived. I’ve tried to have this rectified but to no avail, ridiculous delaying tactics like asking for the photos of the packaging the leg arrived in... I’m still sleeping on a bed precariously balanced on books. I have finally heard from customer services and I am just waiting to see how this will be resolved. Order Number: #9679115

This beautiful vase arrived with no imperfections, which is quite unusual these days. The colours and design were exactly as shown on the website and the quality was much better than expected for the price paid. I have received many compliments on it. Very pleased indeed!
This company is a joke! Wanted to Make a return but did not have the correct box it came in so they deducted £15 off the order just for that which is a joke! Considering they would just rip the box open and it would not be used I’ve never ever heard of this before at any company.
