Awful experience, avoid this company. Upon receiving a faulty table, which lost one of its legs out of the blue (fortunately no one got hurt but could have..) the customer service keep repeating that I should pay for the collection of the product.. again, ridiculous

The chaise is exactly as expected. Love it. Customer service was good( kept in touch) The deliver and 2 man team were great ( needed it up one short flight of stairs and onto my living room, assembly looked so easy , but lm glad l paid extra)! My daughter slept on it, Xmas day , said was fine , l and she use it to lie/ watch tv in the day. My school friends ( my age 70, .. we are lucky.. no hip replacement or elderly(?!?) medications) slept on it one night and commented it’s firm when turn on side as sleeping) . So l recon it’s for <50’s 😅 But for the quality and cost, it is excellent value. Se pic. …? I can insert

I would avoid this company at all costs. I purchased one of their tables 9 months ago which stated ‘top notch quality’ and ‘durable’. The table, which I planned to keep for a long time is peeling away, which was once a wooden effect is showing white underneath and looks atrocious and tacky. The company state that they provide 24 month warranty but will not honour that in any way shape or form. Customer service reps are rude, and pretty much advised that the table is only fit to look at and not actually use. Ridiculous, save your money. You can get much better products elsewhere.
Lots to love, the free gift offer of sheepskin is great, another layer of luxury to add to my purchase. I ordered a beautiful 2 seater chaise, gorgeous design, looks lush, great price. I signed up too, the prices direct will save a good amount, great value. Lastly, I used the online help, the website is brilliant, and they pointed me in the right direction, so lovely customer experience

We have been pleased with the products that we have ordered. With both orders we needed assistance from customer service regarding delivery etc. Their response and help was excellent, as customer service should be! We will definitely be using Beliani again.
You can't enter your full address in parts as there aren't enough characters. Delivery is vague. Online chat took ages for response. That said, questions were answered clearly and I went ahead with the order.

Absolutely awful experience with this company. We ordered a large number of desk dividers on Oct 3rd, and were informed in writing they would be delivered Dec 9th, however it is now Dec 11th and we have had to chase the order only to be informed that the items are still not available. We were told conflicting reasons around transportation and manufacturing, either way the items 'might' be available early January 2024. Don't waste your time with this company, they aren't reliable at all.

I ordered 2 pillows website said delivery 4days ….not true I rang customer services was told my items were not in stock yet on the website it said they were so they had to be sent for from abroad very misleading so had to wait … . The pillows were vacuum packed which was not in the description ,I have opened them and I am very disappointed in the volume of them even after leaving them overnight to plump up infact I am very disappointed in this company alround very misleading will not be buying from here again . I ever leave negative reviews but this time I felt I was very much mislead with this sale , I felt that the company misleads people to get a sale , well that’s my opinion and experience
Delivered furniture that looks nothing like the pictures. Feels cheap like a bit of furniture from Argos. The delivery company did not give us the option to keep packaging. We asked for a return and Beliani want £100 to pick up the goods, plus us to supply packaging.
Didn't like having to give a review before I could review the payment and order. Actually resent that and won't shop here again.
