Very poor product quality and dreadful customer service. They sent me a bed that had parts missing, holes missing and assembly instruction were unclear and incomplete. Avoid like plague.
- 30 days wait for initial delivery - Chairs arrived ripped - Missing bolts and screws - Support initially offered a £40 voucher (for £120 chairs) - not sure what that was supposed to cover. - Eventually agreed to collect the chairs and replace, but no sign of that (8 days on) Avoid this company!!!
I had been looking for quite some time for a practical, durable and attractive Coffee type table for my Patio. Belliano had the perfect item for me. The Salerno Coffee Table, constructed in Aluminium, with clean, modern lines - perfect! It was rather more expensive than I anticipated paying, but I guess the old adage is true - you get what you pay for. I'm so pleased that I bought it. Delivery was made within the timeframe stated at point of purchase and was delivered in perfect condition. Highly recommend.
Love the clic clac sofa. So comfy and looks quality for the price. I pre-ordered the sofa and it arrived later than the expected delivery date - that’s the only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars. When I enquired about the delivery, support was quick and helpful.

Fabulous set at great price . Very useful as went on roof top terrace 5th floor and the weight was a reason I choose as won’t blow off benches more weight than individual chairs

Really happy with my bed frame when it arrived and still happy now quite a few months later. Ordering process was easy and all interactions with Beliani very friendly, efficient and professional. Delivery process also efficient and was kept informed from start to finish. Will buy from them again no problem.
The Company advertise free delivery on their website, however, beware if you live north of Glasgow on the UK mainland as they will charge £25 delivery charge!
The table arrived shortly after we ordered (2-3 days) and was well-packaged, of good quality and in a fair delivery time scale. It is not often that I receive such a good service in the present day, so I wanted to share, that what Beliani provided was excellent in comparison to their competitors.
We purchased some bar stools. No problems at all. Good quality and a fair price. Happy to recommend and would purchase again.

Avoid at all cost. I ordered 2 very expensive desks and had absolutely no communication from the company since - I'm feeling like as if they just disappeared with my money. No email about delays, no detail about expected dispatch date, no updates via any communication channel, including my account. I tried to reach out to them, waited in total 9 hours for customer services and they still didn't even put me through. I think there is noone on the other end, I can't imagine a 9 hour long queue lol (and that's midday on weekdays). I emailed them twice without any reply too.
Bought two expensive acacia sunbeds online from Beliani. Within a short time one of them cracked in several places and became unusable. The company was very reluctant to replace this one, sending me this email "Unfortunately, after a consultation with the supplier the damage to the product was deemed unjustified - from the provided photos the wood looks not properly maintained, resulting in cracking and being prone to damage. We are able to offer you a goodwill 20% discount on a new lounger." Eventually they replaced it after I said I would leave a stinking review to add to the many on Trustpilot at the time. The second sunlonger was in its box for a few months as we had appalling weather. When I assembled it and sat on it for the first time it broke - in half. The company have declined to replace it as I had "not looked after it properly": "After thorough consultation, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept the claim. Natural wood furniture, such as the sun bed in question, requires regular maintenance to uphold its properties and ensure longevity. It is recommended to oil the wood at least twice a year. It's crucial to understand that paper within the box can absorb moisture from the wood, potentially causing it to become fragile over time. We want to emphasize that this is not a fault in the product but rather a result of the lack of proper maintenance. " You can make your own minds up about whether you might want to buy these sunloungers. I personally will never buy anything from this company ever again.
