Ordered a console table from Beliani and it was too good. Good product, responsive customer service and quick delivery
Terrible returns policy and horrible quality products. I bought dining chairs and a side table. Chairs dont stand on all 4 legs and are yellow/cream as opposed to the white advertised. They messaged me and said the chairs are advertised as ‘off-white’. They are not. They are advertised as ‘White’. Then they offered vouchers instead of my money back. Useless as I never want to buy from such a terrible company ever again. The side table is leaning fowards after using for only a few weeks. They refused to refund it. It is tilting forward as due to bad design it only has one leg on one side holding it up. I dont think I would buy from here again. They do everything in their power to not give you your money back for their dodgy products. I doubt the chairs will last more than a year as a screw has already fallen out of one and the table bent after a few weeks. Pay a bit more and buy elsewhere!
I have bought numerous items from Beliani for my dining room and livingroom, the quality of the furniture is outstanding and looks great. I love the wide variety of styles available. Customer service is first class, I spoke with them regarding my delivery arrangement and I was very impressed by their prompt response and willingness to assist. All round first class, will be buying more items and highly recommend.

The main structural beam on a garden swing seat, made from laminated sections of wood, started to split after about 8 weeks so I asked for a replacement. Beliani customer service replied, saying that the problem was due to the fact that "... water was not immediately dried off after rains and that the product was left uncovered for extended periods in wet conditions." This is just 10 WEEKS after the item was delivered so in no way is it an extended period. I've written back saying: "Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods should be of a satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. My rights have been breached because the item you sold me is not fit for purpose - a garden swing seat should last for longer than 10 weeks before splitting and cracking. I would like a repair or replacement. If you can't offer me either of these in a reasonable time, I would like a full refund." I wait to see how they respond but so far the experience has been very, very poor. === Updated 24 Aug 2024 === I've updated this review and increased my score to two stars because I've finally had a FULL REFUND for this completely sub-standard swing seat. My issue was referred to the Beliani "product team" who apparently approved an order for replacement parts (which I would have to fit myself but whatever...). Beliani raised the order for the replacement parts on 08 Aug and the order arrived on 13 Aug. However, on opening the parcel I found that the laminations on the replacement crossbeam (the main structural component) and one of the corner braces had already started to become unglued, and that there were large dribbles of varnish across some of the pieces. I contacted Beliani to reject the replacement parts as not fit for purpose and then had another exchange of e-mails about me having to dismantle, package and return the item. Those issues resolved (they eventually decided not to collect) my refund was finally sent. I do have a load of scrap wood to take to the tip next time we're there. I now have my money back but the quality of the product and the after sales experience only warrants two stars. I'm rather surprised to see the wooden swings seats still for sale on the Beliani website.

Purchased a mirror that I wasn’t 100% happy with. Spoke to two members of the customer services team at Beliani who were very efficient, polite and extremely helpful. A perfect replacement mirror was dispatched immediately and I am absolutely delighted with it. Would not hesitate to use Beliani again.
A few weeks ago I bought a table from Beliani. It looked nice, but after I assembled it, I realised it was too small for my living room, so I decided to return it. The return process was free and it took about a week for the table to be picked up by the collection company. And then another week to receive my refund. The communication with them went well, they kept me posted with everything.
We bought a coffee table, side table and a nest of tables (2), all in glass. All were delivered safely, ahead of schedule and extremely well packaged. The quality is excellent.
I bought 2 large lanterns, one of which was damaged on arrival. Beliani were amazing in dealing with my issue. I sent an email including photos before contacting them by telephone. They asked for photos of the packaging which was unharmed but at no point tried to blame the delivery company. I was offered a replacement but the item was out of stock until August so I opted to take a credit note which was offered. The best way to get customer service is by telephone and they are polite and efficient in dealing with concerns.
The breakfast bar stools we ordered were just lovely. Exactly as pictured and the quality was even better in person. Lovely soft fabric and the black legs have stayed black, no chips etc from the dogs or hoovering etc and we've had the stools over 6 months now
Awful company to be avoided at all costs. Sent me a frame which is not compatible with a water bed, when contacting customer service they continually fob you off blaming you for not assembling it correctly. So they are effectively asking you to deconstruct a bed that isn’t fit for purpose so they can they refuse to accept a return. Refuse to provide return information to allow you to return the bed to store insisting you pay for a courier service. Having to resort to a charge back with my bank. Absolute scammers do not buy anything from this company!!!
Purchased the Acacia Wood Garden Dining Set and noticed a couple of cracks when assembling (one of them has changed the shape of the wood slat and it’s not even straight.) So I contacted customer service asking for replacement parts. Despite asking me to provide different photos, including one that the two affected chairs have to be next to each other on the same photo (don’t know why but fine), and asking questions about the delivery and how I stored them, they have not provided any solution after two weeks. Every time they replied “it’s being consulted”. The cracks are obviously not caused by human damage or how I stored them (I stored them in our garage in the box for just about 20 days before assembling). And they are OUTDOOR furniture! It’s not a cheap set of furniture and I’m disappointed with the lack of quality control. However, I feel so far they were just trying to find excuses so they can say it’s caused by the delivery company or me, instead of accepting it’s a quality issue and sending me a replacement parts. First time buying from Beliani and last time too.
No communication, after multiple chasing turns out the furniture is severely delayed, from a next week delivery to maybe delivery in 2 months, not a serious company
Ordered a balcony set on Beliani and it looks such great quality, very happy with it! Always get comments from family too saying how great it looks. Had the set one year and it’s still as sturdy and same quality as when we got it.
Delivery was made really easy with great communication. Really pleased with the product and service, will use again!
Was told to send an email about my enquiry, refused to help me on the phone. Took them 3 weeks to reply with a copy-paste reply that I could have been given on the phone 3 weeks earlier. Shocking. Also spoke to a different European country every time I tried ringing the UK line for an update, who seemed exasperated with their own colleagues for not replying. Shocking experience all over!

Great online company with very good communication. You can actually talk to someone on the phone which is very helpful. Good selection of quality products. We purchased a chair because it due to it not being suitable for the room. The Process was simple and refund prompt.
Really pleased for my first purchase with Beliani. Having never ordered from there before, I was a little bit dubious but the ordering process was very easy and the product is great! Will be ordering again.
