The whole team were very patient with us and given that my brother and I had never had to arrange a funeral, all the help and guidance was very appreciated. We arrived unannounced at the Buntingford office. We was met by Lisa who looked after us at this difficult time with a very professional and an extremely compassionate manner. For which we are very grateful. Lisa carried on being excellent during and after. The team that looked after us the day of the ceremony was superb.

Everyone we spoke to did there absolute best to support myself and the family of Michael Weeks.Hayley at Letchworth was exceptional as was Neil who led the day. Nothing was to much trouble. A mention too for the two gentlemen who collected my husband from our home, Michael was one of them. Your funeral homes are beautiful and made the whole process so much easier.

We received excellent service from Austin's for my husband's funeral. From collecting him from home to the day of the funeral service, all the staff were sympathetic & sensitive, and catered for our every needs. Never rushing, always very professional & respectful. We recently had my father’s funeral with Austin’s, it was pre planned as dad had been poorly for a while, Veronika was amazing, she made the whole process easy, she kept me informed all along the way, and was there when I needed to ask anything.
