The Staff at Austins where very kind and thoughtful at this difficult time. Lisa at the Buntingford office did a first class job of all the organizing for the Funeral and very sympathetic with our loss. On the day Gary was very good making sure everything went to plan for us, so we did not have to worry. We feel that Austins Funeral Service is Excellent.

When my father passed away, and the company came to collect him, they were very professional and caring. When I went into the office, the lady called Kelly was very professional and helpful. The whole experience was very dignified.

Austin’s could not have been more helpful or more sensitive at such a difficult time; from the moment our mother died to the burial at her church They guided us through the whole process. From start to the final resting of our father the kindness, compassionate and first class service received from Jackie in Hitchin was beyond exceptional. I received a call the evening before to confirm we as a family were all okay with the arrangements and if we needed to change anything or have any questions. Austin’s had done my mum’s funeral two years earlier and again was just faultless. My dad and I would call in to see Jackie and she was always there for a chat which comforted my dad massively. We were all so comforted when my dad was with Jackie in the chapel of rest. I would always recommend yourselves as in such sad situations the comfort and kind words received makes such a hard time just that little bit easier. Thank you all so much.
