Thank you to the whole team at Austin's, both at the Hermitage Road Hitchin branch and the Chapel of Rest in Stevenage, who showed complete compassion and kindness throughout this emotional time. Being of Indian heritage, staff were respectful of our faith and beliefs and treated our mum with dignity and respect. Kerry was particularly knowledgeable about our customs which helped to set our minds at rest from our very first conversation with her. We cannot thank her and Chelsea enough for the support and kindness in our time of need. We felt we were listened to and respected by all of the team on the day of the funeral particularly Gary, our Conductor and Kurt, our driver. Thank you to everyone for giving our wonderful mum the best possible care

from my first contact with Austin's at Welwyn Garden City office, I was dealt with in a caring and sympathetic manner. This is first time I had to arrange a funeral and June kept me informed of all progress and answered any queries I had. The funeral took place at Harwood Park, and the staff there were also equally caring and helpful at this hard time for me.

Janine at the Stevenage branch of Austins was amazing so helpful and kind and nothing was too much trouble. All the staff from the funeral on the day to the staff who looked after my son in the chapel of rest were so kind and caring.
