By the time we got to the funeral, it felt like Tina was a personal family friend doing her best to help us through a difficult time.
The staff were incredible, so compassionate and caring. Really looked after us and kept us updated with everything. On the day of the funeral everything went smoothly, they made it so easy for us and gave my daughter the best send off.

Austin’s staff were exceptional and professional from our first meeting right through to the day of my Mum Ann’s funeral service. Caroline in the Stevenage office was caring and sympathetic making us feel at ease guiding us through everything that needed to be arranged. All of the staff were very compassionate and helpful, from the office admin staff to the pallbearer's and limousine drivers on the day. They helped to make a difficult day run smoothly and effortlessly with their expertise and professionalism.

The team were supportive from start to finish and made everything so easy for us at such a difficult time. We had the funeral at home and they couldn’t have made things easier for us. No ask was too much and they didn’t mind when our guests were running late pushing back the start time. I can’t praise or thank them enough.
First class service and arrangements. Rescuing the flowers situation an hour before the funeral was exceptional and very much appreciated.
