I was given privacy and plenty of time at the initial meeting. My prepaid policy was to hand immediately. All subsequent conversation subjects were well explained. Nothing was too much trouble. All requests were met by the company. The staff on the day were courteous, kind and unobtrusive.

We were treated in a very friendly way by Julie in the Ware branch, nothing was too much trouble and she gently guided us through the sad time, with organising the Crematorium for us and other very helpful things. several members of our family visited my wife in the chapel of rest, even though the premises were closed at the weekend, somebody came from Stevenage to let us in on a Saturday so that we could visit The funeral was beautifully done and I would thoroughly recommend them

Mum passed away on 7/2/24 and I was really happy with the way I was treated from day1, Amanda was really helpful all the way through and made what I was going through a lot easier. The members of staff that dealt with the limo and the hearse were marvellous, taking my mum past jubilee court where she had been for the last 5 years of her life and having my mums family carry her in was so so special. I cannot thank Austin’s enough for the way the service and everything else went xx beautiful kind caring people I thank you for making one of the worst days of life so much easier x

The team from Austin's were sensitive and efficient throughout the process of organising the funeral of our mother. The team in advance of the day communicated regularly with us and the team on the day were calm, caring and keen to make the day go smoothly.

Efficient, courteous and professional

The whole process from our first visit to arrange my father's funeral right through to the cremation went so smoothly with no hitches. Julie at Austin's (Ware) thought of everything 👍, Paula the celebrant managed to give a honest, true to life story of my father's life along with some humour 😁 the whole process was compassionate at this time.
