The whole staff showed complete compassion and professionalism from our first meeting. I can not recommend them highly enough. First class service at a very difficult and emotional time.

From our first meeting with June in the office to the day of the funeral we had an amazing service from everyone at Austin’s. They treated us and our mum with the upmost respect. Everything was just how we wanted it and the day ran smoothly. We would highly recommend Austin’s.
Easy access to local office, good personal attention on each visit, option for complete service (eg flowers, Order of Service) everything went very smoothly on the day.
We were dealt with sympathetically and with consideration throughout, with timely and gentle reminders given for action needed to be taken at appropriate stages. Any requests made were responded to promptly and efficiently. The service you provided was excellent. (The uploading of the photo for the screen in the chapel was perhaps not as intuitive as it might have been, however).

Lisa was brilliant in helping me orgainise everything from start to finish to make sure everything ran smoothly. Also all the team on the day of the funeral were brilliant with Gary making sure everything went ahead as planned. The whole family would like to thank the Austins team for a great service for Kenny.
I would like to say a big thank you to all of the Austin's team, who dealt with the passing of my mum 'Betty'. The professionalism which was shown through every aspect of dealing with 'Austin's' was outstanding. I would like to say a big thank you to Susannah, who I dealt with most of the time and Amanda from the old town office. I would also like to thank the Letchmore road team who I saw for some requests I made. The crematorium team were lovely showing compassion and a duty of care when dealing with my mums ashes. I found a great comfort from the service at Harwood park, Led by Reverend Nicola Martin Davis, which meant so much to me. Every detail was covered by Austin's, I even had a nice phone call from Michael the evening prior to my mums funeral to check every detail was covered, which was nice. The respect shown to my mum and our family as she left her home for the last time, will remain in our hearts.

Right from the first contact with June (WGC branch) following my mothers passing she and the rest of the Austins team couldn't do enough to pacify a very stressful situation. At a difficult time, what I need is support and clarity. Austins give this, without patronising or false care. Straight, open book costs and guidance totally appropriate. I would recommend to anyone who suffers a bereavement.
Once again I was taken care of by the lovely Janine who is an absolute credit to your company. From the first initial call Janine took care of everything and always kept me updated with how things were proceeding. These times are never easy but with Janine’s guidance it makes everything much more bearable.

Lisa was so helpful, she knew exactly what I needed and was so organised. I had never arranged a funeral before and she took all of the stress out of the planning, meaning I only had to deal with the emotional side of things. The guys on the day were equally as lovely and efficient.
Absolutely wonderful service from the branch in Hertford. I have used Austin’s for both my parent’s funerals. One of which was during the pandemic which was particularly difficult. They have been amazing from start to finish. Friendly, and extremely professional, they have walked me through the process with kindness and compassion and been so helpful every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the service and couldnt recommend them highly enough.

Can’t thank Lisa ( funeral director) from Buntingford enough. Made myself and family feel at ease. Everything was explained and organised so well. Took a lot of stress and worry off my shoulders. Was always quick to get back to me. The Pallbearers were wonderful too. Got a call from Lee the day before the funeral, who went through everything. Making sure the day went as smoothly as possible, and it certainly did.
