I chose Austin's because I remembered from my nursing days how considerate and compassionate the staff were when collecting the person from the Nursing home for the journey to the Funeral home. The Buntingford branch turned out as I anticipated and were kind and compassionate and very helpful in all aspects of the funeral arrangements. Up to and on the day of the funeral all staff communicated with me to make sure I was okay, I could not have wished for a better company to organise the send off for my husband. Thank you to all involved.

The staff at the Funeral Directors were friendly and very caring. No decisions we had to make were rushed. We were supported through the whole process. We were having a Humanist service and were put in touch with a wonderful lady who took us through the ceremony planning and she was amazing on the day. On the day of the cremation, the Austin’s team were supportive and very respectful. As sad days go it went very well. I would recommend Austin’s Funeral Directors to anyone who needs kindness at such a sad time.
