Kelly was the lady who took care of myself and family at a very difficult time and was so compassionate and understanding of our situation, and did everything to accommodate us , her persona was very calming and even when Kelly was faced with some difficulties regarding our funeral she handled it so professionally and reassured us everything would be ok , Kelly is a great asset to Austin’s and also Gary the funeral conductor on the day went above and beyond and made our family at ease at such a sad time

After loosing my beloved dad, I approached Austin’s Funeral Service for their help organising the funeral.
