Everyone was so lovely making a very difficult time less distressing. Special thank you to Susannah Osborne who read the room and realised we were a family who liked to laugh even in sad times. The recommendation of Claire Sage was perfect for Mum and she did an exceptional service portraying Mum to a T. Also special thanks to Chelsea when I went to pickup items from Letchmore Road. And such a big thank you to Gary and Rob for being down to earth and friendly and not sombre at all. Austin’s were the best choice for our family and we would 💯 recommend them. Thank you

From the minute I made the first phone call to Austin’s after my mother had passed away until after the funeral, Tina in the Hoddesdon branch and the other staff were wonderful. Kind, efficient and caring. We organised the funeral very quickly and it all went so well. A special mention to Nicola M-D the vicar who was outstanding. Thank you all for helping at such a difficult time.

I cannot thank the staff enough so being so kind and supportive through the toughest time. Nobody ever wants have to face up to arranging a funeral but I cannot recommend the Welwyn Garden branch highly enough. The staff in the office and on the day were incredibly compassionate and caring.

Firstly, I want to say a big thank you to everyone at Austin's in Hoddesdon for making a sad day so special. We said our goodbyes to our Dad, Grandad, Brother & Friend on Thursday 11th December. This was the first time we've had to arrange a funeral. Secondly, the staff at Austin's are so nice, Tina has been truly amazing, she made all of the arrangements, paperwork etc feel effortless. Claire Sage (Celebrant) spent time with us and really got to know our Dad, and so beautifully wrote it all into words. Neil the conductor and the drivers of the limousine were so very considerate and professional. All in all, saying goodbye was just perfect. I would highly recommend Austin's

Caring Service From the first phone contact with Austin's to the day of my mother's funeral the staff at Austin's Welwyn have been brilliant. At such a sad time, Kelly at Welwyn was compassionate, caring and understanding. When discussing what we wanted for my mother her advice helped massively. Everything ran smoothly on the day of my mother's funeral which was also thanks to Neil and his team plus the Celebrant Nikki Godden who delivered a wonderful Eulogy. I would definitely recommend Austin's Funeral Service.

We were very impressed with the attention to every tiny detail, even down to making the bed. The support given to us by the staff was exceptional, particularly from Janine, Kevin & Neil. At such a difficult time, you made the whole process much easier to deal with. Thank you all so much.

Austin's did exactly what they said they would do, and kept us informed at every stage. This was a distressing and emotional time but they made the process easy and were both empathetic and sensitive. I couldn't recommend them more highly for their services.

bereavement is a very emotional time in a persons life but every member of austins were sympathetic, courteious, and understanding every time i contacted them. their patience was gratefully appreciated at such a sad time.

I can’t begin to thank the staff at Austin’s enough for everything they have done, the care and compassion the help and support at such a heartbreaking time. Nothing was ever to much they went above and beyond, I can’t thank Kerry, Kevin & Chelsea enough for everything they have done during the whole process to make such hard time more easier for myself. All the staff I delt with were excellent, they had time to listen to me as I chatted about my late mother. All details were looked after efficiently and I was happy with the service provided from start to finish.

The service, attention and kindness we received from Austin's in Hitchin was exceptional. Jackie in the branch couldn't be nicer or more helpful, as was Neil on the day itself. I would highly recommend.

i found the staff at austin's sympathetic ,courteous and understanding and helped me through a difficult time the funeral itself was perfect except for one big blunder.they had forgotten the flowers that said mum and as it is such a visual display it was upsetting for everyone. credit to austin's they immediately went back after the funeral and brought the flowers back to the cemetery and rang me to let me know they were there but it wasnt quite the same thing . i have had numerous phone calls from them to apologise that it had happened and they have put steps into place so it never happens again but overall my dealings with austin's are positive and i thank them

Very kind and professional service for a very difficult time. From the first phone call, the team at Austin's were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Even on the day, when one of the main mourners was delayed, they supported us and made adjustments to accommodate. Any questions were answered quickly, but we felt that they took into account our wishes and provided invaluable advice. The celebrant they recommended (Kevin) was really lovely and they worked well together to give my brother the send off he deserved.

The staff were compassionate. caring and highly efficient. We particularly wish to thank Sharon Garbutt and Michael and the other members of staff who attended on the day of the funeral. They were very helpful and made what was a very difficult day a little bit easier to cope with
