The staff were sensitive, kind and thoughtful. We felt very supported by them both before and on the day of the funeral.

From beginning to end, Austins made every aspect of arranging my Mums funeral straightforward and reassuring. Their lovely team of people were on hand to ensure that all of our wishes were met and where they needed to guide us, they did with respect and tact. On the day of the funeral, all aspects went seamlessly and it was a beautiful ceremony.

From the first time I met Julie, she made me feel at ease and the professional and personal way she guide me through the procedure of arranging my wife's funeral and advising me where it was required, also the Pallbearers were kind and considerate on the day, again they guided the family through the ceremony with compassion and kindness, on occasions l have had to go the office and Julies kindness has prevailed.
An excellent all round service, with attention to detail without being intrusive at a very sad time for family and friends. It has certainly given me food for thought in thinking about what I may want for myself when my time comes.

I am very impressed with Austin's funeral service. Great care with every detail was taken from our first meeting until the end of the process. Lisa, in Buntingford, was reassuring, thoughtful and gave us all the time we needed to get the church service and cremation that we wanted. Her recommendations were spot on. it was not all doom and gloom- far from it. My mothers funeral was exactly what we wanted, and as a family, we thought it was a triumph- and I dont say that lightly or in a glib manner. The pall bearers and man in charge, on the day, gave me such peace of mind. Austins provided us with a top class service. Thank you.
