We purchased our walk-in bath several months ago and we are totally pleased. It works well and we just love using it. Easy to operate, easy to enter and leave, salesman's promises were kept, installation was a superior one. Taking a bath in a sitting position is safe, comfortable, and relaxing.
This is a very expensive tub. The ease of use -not so much. Difficult to get in and out, specially out. The lip of the tub makes it hard for people with reduced mobility to get out. Not talking about no mobility, stiff joints etc. uses lots of water. The jets are nice but worth the money expended? The installation was fast, however the quality would not be acceptable . Had to have them back out because the “framing” came apart All in all I don’t think the benefit is greater than the cost.
Use it twice a week, great for my back. I am the only one to use it, because I live alone. It is a great addition to the house.
I really like The tub but I’ve had two situations where I needed to contact service. Each time I have needed to talk to Eric I need to leave a message and his mailbox is full.
Although it was pricey, this device was excellent for both my wife and I. The jets are positioned perfectly to aim directly at the areas that can soothe the parts of our bodies that need attention. We feel it will help us to remain more mobile as we get older. Great product.
Total Bath experience is great but would be improved with a heated seat when first entering tub.
Like the tub. However, I don't have a lot of waterpressure and it takes a long long time to fill. Also, the lights are not going on -- I have to call and have them fixed

Installers arrived on time which is a rarity among contractors. They were courteous and careful. It was obvious that they had done this type of installation many times--very competent and experienced!. All debris from the tub install were hauled away. After they left, you'd never know they were there, even though they had to remove the entire bathroom door frame and then reinstall it. We are very pleased and would recommend the Infinity walk-in tub from American Standard to everyone who would benefit from this type of bathtub.

American Standard Walk-in bath is a magnificent appliance and I'm overjoyed to have it available for my 82 year old Mother. I am so happy I did not purchase this tub from any other company because American Standard lived up to my expectations as the provider of a top quality produce. Thank you American Standard
