Your team was all Top Notch ! The gentleman who came out to measure and explain the functions and the higher level of construction was very helpful as well as the head man of installation was very concerned with our approval on all of his choices to make the unit look as though it belonged in the 98 year old bath he had to deal with ! Perfect ! And he and his very skillful helper left a very clean worksite and reinstalled door frames to the original condition so that not any paint touch-up was needed. Job well done !

The experience was good from beginning to end. During the four days of installation, Maynard, the installer, and I became friends. Made things right

We are very disappointed with the lack of cleaning various places of left- over caulk and also some places where they skimmed over the caulking. They never asked us where the handle (to enter the shower) should be placed, and therefore, it is not on the entry side. Overall, it is basically just acceptable!!! We will not spread a GREAT review. Salesman was top notch and very honest .did not pressure us at all. Installers were very professional.tub is well built. Did a very good cleanup after installation.

All the people we were in contact with, were professional and competent. Requesting information, salesperson, installers - all excellent. Salesperson was very patient in answering my parents questions. He was very knowledgeable about the product. Installers, 3 of them, cleaned up beautifully and hauled away our old tile and tub, etc. They did not leave til they were sure that my parents could operate the tub. It is an excellent idea for older people, in danger of falling in the shower. They are very expensive, but cheaper than a nursing home or rehab, if you fall and break some bones.

American Standard did an excellent job. The installation was timely and of the highest quality.

I thoroughly enjoy the use of the tub.It is so much easier and safer for me to get in and out of since I have had multiple strokes.

I like all the futures of the tub except the entry is a tad too small. If it was1-2 inches wider it would be just about perfect.

Love the tub. Had it for a couple weeks and have used almost daily. It fills fast and drains even faster. Works great on my arthritic joints and relaxes me for a good night sleep. I highly recommend. Jay
