If your short or of average height, this is a useful product. If your tall, it's very difficult to get submerged. I thought this would be a Jacuzzi style tub that I could enjoy. For me, it was a huge disappointment.
Love the tub. A few minor problems. They are supposed to fix.

I guess I misunderstood what HydroTherapy was regarding your tub. I expected a more forceful jet that would massage my back and thighs. Apparently, according to your people, adding a larger pump to my tub would blow out the system.
Everything is fine with my walk-in shower except a broken part that was to be ordered 09 -07-17. I have called the company about this and I am still waiting for it to be replaced.
All went great with the tub installation and using it in two days.The bidet toilet (which was provided free with purchase of tub) - had a loosened toilet seat in need of tightening and, the adjoining room wall that was cut to get the tub into the bathroom was only roughed in and needed smoothed. Getting the installing company to schedule and return was understandable due to their other scheduled installations and their 5-hour drive from Indianapolis to Akron, OH. The company was overly apologetic, we were very patient with them.
We are enjoying bathes for the first time in years. Safe and very easy to use.
The tub works well. The installers were very neat and professional. The whole project went well and was done in one day. The tub is very relaxing.
Fantastic. great salesman. outstanding installers and the tub is wonderful. Minor service needs and the American standard was right there to make the minor adjustments. I love the tub worth every dollar spent. Thank you. I love the water jets for my legs as the tub fills up while I do my facial. then I put on the entire jets and the air jets and aroma then I lower the lights in the bathroom and enjoy the wonderful changing color of the water. So stress reducing to know you will be there if I need any maintenance or repair.

11/7/17 The installation team was on time, courteous, efficient and competent. Their clean-up was excellent. We are enjoying their efforts and this product immensely.
The salesman went missing after the day of the sale,after he told us he would stop by the day of installation. I would have appreciated some input on the tub. How wide the opening on the door. I was not asked wether I wanted the ledge on the back of the tub or the front. The installation was very professional.
Tub is great. Had trouble getting hold of them after installation. Had to call corporate office to get results. Waited approx. 6 weeks for final inspection to be completed.
They tore my bathroom up to be able to get the tub in. Never finished properly! I had to buy a larger hot water heater since. They should have told me my hot water heater would not supply enough to fill. Very very disappointed !!!
Tub is Great. If I was to do it over I would have the tub installed and do any extra installation needs my self.
Some trouble, 3 service repairs, took awhile to get the last one repaired.
