We are enjoying the new tub so much. The warm water from the jets are such a relaxation to enjoy. We certainly would recommend American Standard to anyone and give it a five-star rating.

Seems to help the circulation. Do not do what I did and forget to lock the door because the water will push the door open when it 3 or 4 inches deep and cause a flood. But I like the tub.

tub in itself is fine , my complaint is doorway isn't wide enough for a large person such as I am. I have a hard time getting into tub.

I love the extra large size with the outward opening door. This is an amazing tub.

I was most impressed with the installers, they were competent and did a job far in excess on satisfactory they were excellent. The tub operates as it was marketed and is performing flawlessly. One comment: the end of the safety bar has a circular plate which hides the screws. It has come loose and probably needs some glue or silicone to keep it in place so it can be screwed back in place. Please let me know what it needs so I can repair it myself- better still send me a small tube of the glue or silicone (the size of a pinky should do it).

American Standard walk in bath unit is built well and the warranty is outstanding. Their installers did a great job of installing the unit.

Excellent Installers. Walk in bath is great so far. I like the quality compared to other brands I have looked at. The installers took the time to seamlessly blend this large tub into my existing tilework. The pony wall is very nice. I especially love the fast drain feature. It really takes only 1 minute as promised for 65 gallons of water to drain out. Perfect!

Electrical installation for Bidet toilet has no power and in my second week of waiting for installer to set an appointment to correct the electrical problem. Walk in tub lever handle is defective and I am in the second week of waiting for repairman to make appointment to replace lever.

Tub is nice.The seat is to hard for my wife to sit on.Didn't know that we had to change the pipes from 1/2inch.to 3/4inch.Otherwisethe tub is very relaxing.

We recently discovered that American Standard has a walk in tub that has a removable seat. The sales person did not even mention it to us. It would have been more economical for us and even more ideal for our purposes. We feel deceived or at least taken advantage of.

I must say that we were initially a bit sceptical of proceeding with this high-priced experiment, but were pleasantly surprised at the great experience. It appears that American Standard has come to own the essence of Safety Tubs and provide for a great installation and service.

Love the bath tub. All the staff of American Standard are very friendly.

We're very happy with our purchase. We had discussed buying one some time ago, as it was getting harder for either of us to get in and out of the tub, or to clean a rather large glass shower we had, so we opted for going with the walk-in tub. The only thing I have found to be disappointed in is the round knob for closing and opening the drain. This tub was not cheap, by any means, and all of the components seem to be very high quality EXCEPT for the round drain handle. It is made of plastic, for one thing, and every time I drain my water, and turn on the pump to help drain quicker, the knob flies off, to be found after water is all gone. One would think the designers of this tub would have either made the knob of heavy chrome, or at least figured a way to keep it on.

All was as promised. Hoping persistent use will help my back!
