I interviewed 4 companies before choosing to buy the American Standard Liberation tub. I appreciated the salesperson who was not "pushy" and did not call to follow up as I said I would call her if I was interested. Then, the installation was done in one day with no mess and no problems with the tub. The promotional toilet that came with the tub was not installed correctly and another item in my bathroom was broken but this was done by another installer. However, when I called to have the toilet fixed, the company had not problem paying for a plumber to repair it. The tub is terrific and I use it all the time!

We opted for a shower stall! It's terrific, don't know why we waited so long to have one put in.

We love our new tub, but we are still waiting for the replaced shower wand to be installed.

Difficult installation, tub is so short we can only submerge our upper body to under breast level. We are a talk family and tub was represented as having massage at shoulder level, not true!! I would not purchase this tub again. Jets were not as powerful as represented

Installed in late November. Water problem, then electrical problem, then parts fell off the jet. At first service calls were fairly prompt. Last one was 2 1/2 weeks before a phone call for service.

Had a shower installed. Haven't been able to use it since it was put in. There is a problem with the temperature knob. It only does cold or hot you can not get it to warm. They have came over and worked on it several times. They even replaced it and it still doesn't work.

The only complaint is that the step in seems higher by several inches than others we have seen in adds. Our step up is 8 1/2 inches from floor. Didn't realize it would be that much. Otherwise my husband is enjoying relaxing in the tub.

From the time I expressed my interest in a walk in bath tub untill the installation was completed and we were shown how the various features could be used, every step was professional. I and my wife were impressed.,

Really like the tub. Works great on sore muscles. Quick drain big plus. We have the linen surround and tub. It is trimmed with white which is very noticible and not appealing nor does it create a finished classy product!

The workmen were amazing! They did such a professional job. It took two days but they were accomodating to our schedule, they carefully explained the use of the tub. I am very pleased with this purchase. I only wish that the jets covered my shoulders and neck without having to scoot dow in the tub which is uncomfortable on my knees.

We had the American Standard walk in tub with hand shower installed & a week later I had knee surgery. I was thrilled because showering after my surgery was easy and comfortable. I felt very safe using it and am looking forward to being able to take baths again & use the jets.

I hate the "free" toilet they put in. They took out our large and higher one to put in their cheap model. I wish I had my toilet back. Unfortunately I had to leave before they finished and have a friend stand in for me. She didn't know.

Love the new tub. I feel safe for my husband to get in and out of the tub now. Everything from the salesman to customer service to the technician who installed the tub were first rate. I highly recommend American Standards.

We got the walk in Shower. Very good for Seniors who don’t have space for a walk in tub. Highly recommended.... for a spa treatment in the privacy of your own home.

It is nice to have a walk-in-tub and be able to take a bath without thinking of not being able to get up and out. Thank you.
