I moved from a flat to a House with some elements going into storage. I imagine my move was quite small as my requirements were estimated without anyone coming around. I was a little anxious but I need not have worried as Marcin (sp) and Costa were fabulous. The job was larger than they had imagined but they arrived on time, worked hard, always had a smile and completed the job in allocated time. Certain elements in the initial phases could do with refining but they were forgotten quickly once I saw the efficiency of Marcin (sp) and Costa. Well done and thank you. Gavin
Alexanders Removals has been great. Even at a short notice requirement they made sure that everything was done on an assertive and timely manner, from the first contact and until the moving day. The team that was assigned to our move was great too - super helpful and patient.
From beginning to end the services provided by Alexanders was above expectations. They sent someone to your home to asses what is being moved which means your quote is more accurate. They delivered packing material around our busy moving schedule the day before moving then on the day the team that we’re with us for the day we’re fantastic. They were friendly, polite and helpful even with the challenge of not being able to get one piece of furniture out the front door. They over came the challenge by clear communication. We couldn’t have asked for the move to go better.
The service really is good - the office-based team is well-organised, friendly and polite and quickly arranged for someone to come and assess the scale of our move. Their quote was very reasonable and on the day of the move the team arrived on time and ready for action. They were a great bunch, happy and respectful of our home and our property even though it was snowing all day and they must have been cold. They got the job done quickly, helped us move furniture around and took all their packing materials and boxes with them. We actually enjoyed our move which is something I didn't think I would ever say!

This week they were my go to choice for my households International move. From the straight forward booking process, Home Survey, completion of Customs & Shipping forms - ever step has been worry free, and professionally handled. They went above and beyond to coordinate a complicated move for my company as there were other parties involved and the schedule changed a lot. However, throughout this Alexanders remained professional, constantly engaged with us and always put us first as their customer. The move itself was executed extremely well and I would definitely recommend them and use them again (in fact, I have used them twice)!

We used Alexanders 4 years ago for a complicated move from a family home to 4 separate addresses and they were terrific. This time was a simpler, smaller, central London move -- except that the flat purchase kept getting delayed. Alexanders was superb as I had to reschedule 4 times. It's very personal to them that your move goes well and it feels like they are on your side at all times. Alexanders was punctual, reliable, and courteous. It took slightly longer to pack than anticipated, but they brought in extra men and everything was done to a high standard and cheerfully. They also will come back to collect boxes once unpacked. Recommend wholeheartedly, and would certainly use again.
The moving went very well, and I really appreciated the professionality of the team and especially of the team leader. There was a bit of a hiccup as some packing material was missing but then they stayed until the job was finished. Strongly recommended.

We used Alexanders to move our photographic studio across town and I can honestly say they were fantastic. The crew were punctual and hard working - when we thought they would struggle with a couple large items they just wouldn't be beaten and all the time with good humour. Great value.
