We recently moved from East London to West London and the team from Alexanders was beyond our expectation. We initially decided to use them due to very good reviews and were not disappointed. They managed to move all our stuff within few hours, worked tirelessly without break and carry heavy stuff like it is nothing. They were really dedicated and fast. I was so impressed when they carried some of the items on 5th floor by stairs, instead of dismantling it, which we were expecting. Thanks to their hard work our move was nothing but a bliss and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Dimitar and team did an excellent job in moving us on 2 October. Weather was v wet, parking was not straightforward and access was tight for some of our furniture and they showed great diligence and skill in moving us in. V happy with the service we received from them.

We have already used Alexander’s a few months ago to help us pack up and put things into storage- this time around it was unpacking and helping us put together bigger bits of furniture. Our family used Alexanders removals services twice during 14 months period and every time the cooperation was nothing but positive. On what is meant to be the most stressful day, using Alexanders removed all this stress. The company were great from the initial enquiries where we did a face time review of our belongings and we got a competitive quote, and the process and clarity was great throughout as to the next steps. They arrived on time on the day and took incredible care of our items. We moved during a heatwave but the three gentleman who helped us moved were polite and professional and worked incredibly hard with a smile on their face! We were moved in and finished by 2pm and we couldn't have been happier with the whole process. Hopefully won't be moving for a while, but when I do I will certainly look to use Alexanders services.

Brilliant from beginning to end. The team worked very efficiently over two days packing up (and now storing!) our family home. They arrived punctually, worked hard and kept me informed of their progress as they went. The team packed with care but quickly. Dale, who was there for both days, was particularly effective and proactive, also asking about our satisfaction with their work to ensure very high standards. We have used Alexander’s twice and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and recommend them.

The boys have just left a couple of hours ago on day 2 of a massive move entailing putting half of 2 flats into storage yesterday and the rest into 2 more today. They were very kind, considerate, professional and so cheerful and nothing was too much trouble on 2 of the hottest days of the year. My 83 year old Mother who has had quite a few moves in her time and myself were very impressed with the care taken over our possessions and will be using this company for our future moves. Also another plus is that they fitted us in with only 2 weeks notice as completion was bought forward unexpectedly. 10/10!
