Having never used movers we decided to go with Alexanders after hearing good things and I can say they lived up to the hype. The service was exceptional, the team took care of everything from start to finish, and ensured that there was no stress. From the original call right through to packing the team took care and attention and went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble for them. The team were professional, friendly, efficient, hard working and honestly a blessing to have around. I cannot recommend Alexanders highly enough and wouldn’t dream of using any other moving company.

Alexanders helped us move into our London home years ago and we've just used them again to move us out of it. Kris, Robin, Antonio, and Marius were absolutely excellent. They packed our stuff with care, attention, and alacrity. They were also very fast, bringing two extra people as another job had been cancelled. One van was loaded for storage and one to go to our flat. They arrived with all the stuff promptly the next day and unpacked with great efficiency, carefully stacking and distributing the boxes according to our directions. They really helped with the unloading into storage by finding the box I'd accidentally allowed the keys to the storage unit to be loaded into. Everything was done professionally, quickly, and with great humour. An excellent service provided by excellent people.

Alexander's were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. The key handover was late from the estate agent but the Alexander's staff stayed late until everything was in the right place. Nothing was too much trouble, they even moved a large dismantled summer house as part of the move. Very friendly and helpful, courtesy calls before the move to check we were ok. They do not have big cancellation charges as some removals companies do, they even saved the date before we could be sure of the completion date. Recommended to our relations, they used them as well and had a great experience to. Highly recommend them.

I used Alexanders for my house move in March this year (2021) under Covid restrictions. I was one person moving after 30 years so had a big task. Kris and team packed and moved me over 3 days. They were kind, helpful and very efficient. They arrived on time and worked hard. The overall service from Alexanders included a video survey of my house and requirements and putting some items into store for the next few months. Everyone involved was easy to deal with and helpful. I certainly would recommend Alexanders .

Alexander’s did a great job of moving us across London even during the stressful Covid time. Everything was packaged very well with lots of bubble wrap and paper to ensure there were no breakages. The guys moving us were very professional and worked hard even when the move look longer than expected.

Dimitar and his team helped move us from London to Cardiff. Over the three day period (pre pack and move day) I was so impressed by the professionalism and care the team took with all of our belongings. Throughout the packing period Dimitar checked in with us on items that we may need and his experience of moving shone through. Not only were the team professional but they were all really friendly and polite throughout. We had a couple of quotes from different companies and Alexander’s did come out the most expensive - but we are so happy we decided to go with them. The service from start to finish was absolutely worth it and we were 100% confident in the team moving our belongings. Marcin and team were excellent. They were careful to protect our (newly decorated) home from damage as well as being courteous and responsive to all requests. All furniture positioned / moved as needed despite some awkward challenges. We’d rate this team very highly.
