Michael and his team were brilliant! They were very efficient, really tidy and super helpful. All packing was done quickly and brilliantly and everything arrived in perfect condition. They delivered all the furniture and boxes just where I wanted them, and were really polite and professional. Alexanders are not the cheapest but in terms of great service and keeping your things safe, they are worth every penny. I would definitely use them again

I have used Alexanders several times over the years and have always been very pleased with the service. This year, I moved flats in February during the height of the pandemic wave. Dimitar and his team (second time I had Dimitar) did a great job. They packed, moved and unpacked everything within three days. People took a rapid covid test before the job started making everybody feel safe and secure.

We were moved by Alexander’s removals 12.3.21 After being in our house for 21 years! What was a very emotional day was made so stress free by the wonderful compassionate hard working team. Foreman Kris and his team Mark Robin and Ryan went above and beyond to make our move day a pleasant experience, our house was packed up and ready to go within 2 hrs, they were waiting at our new house when we arrived and unloaded making sure all our furniture and boxes were in the correct room! A big thank you to our move manager Lisa Shearing who was always there to reassure me when I was forever having to change dates, Lisa coordinated the whole move from start to finish, Alexander’s really do make moving a breeze!

Alexanders were extremely professional, thorough and very friendly. I was amazed at how fast they were for both the loading and unloading. We had a few awkward bits of furniture but they weren't phased at all and added protective bubble wrap etc. where needed. Communication was always clear and everything which was collected, stored and unloaded was very well documented. The guys who helped us with the move itself could not have been more helpful. I would definitely recommend using them for moving and storage needs in London.

Cant believe how fast this move was! Less than 4 hours they packed everything up and dropped it off to our new home! My husband and I were stressed before this move and it alleviated many of our concerns. Marcin, Ryan, and Liam are a trifecta of a work force working smoothly and synchronized. Besides the efficiency and speed I was so impressed on how everything was packed which made the unpacking process that much simpler! It was truly an excellent experience! 10/10 will reccomend and use again!

We had a truly great experience with Alexanders. From scheduling the box delivery, to packing, disassembling/assembling furniture and finally moving all our belongings to the new house, the work was done very efficiently, professionally and without a glitch. Michael, Antonio and their team were very polite, careful with our furniture and ensured the proper items went to the right rooms in the new house. They made what could be an extremely stressful experience, during a pandemic, much easier. They also quickly organised a box pick up so we would not have to dispose of it ourselves. My husband and I highly recommend Alexanders and will come back to them for future moving needs!

Great service from the team from the virtual viewing through to completion of the job. We had a two-day move from London to Bath and the team were fantastic - we would highly recommend. Professional, punctual, and good communication from the office team as well throughout the whole process.

Marcin and his team helped us move recently and they did an absolutely brilliant job of packing and moving our belongings - we literally could not fault the experience. The team's work ethic is great, the whole process was super efficient and our belongings were packed away with due care. The team are polite, well presented and thoughtful. Everything from their van to the materials used to pack away our things were top-notch. Also worth noting that we had a very positive experience with Richard who conducted the virtual viewing to assess the work required and process the booking.

Marcin & Ryan have been A class remover during the moving. They have truly provided a stress-free experience for me. I couldn't say anything better about them. Highly recommended. However, the office manager (will not be named here) has been really bad at keeping things up, forgot to deliver boxes, made mistakes about payment... Again, the bad admin experience provided by the office manager needs to be reviewed and improved. For Marcin & Ryan, thanks very much for the service.
