We used Alexander’s for our recent house move. They were professional, helpful, considerate & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Communication was excellent from the video call for the quote to the foreman (Michael) over the 2 day move. They wrapped & packed everything meaning we had a stress free move. They disposed of things we didn’t want to bring. When unpacking, it has been easy to find things as everything is well labelled. We loved the clothes packed on hangers in mobile box wardrobes. They also come back to collect the boxes when you’re ready. Would highly recommend, can’t fault them.

Michael and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. They not only arrived on time and were very efficient, but we had a move which involved furniture going to different addresses and they made it all uncomplicated. Everything they did was to a high standard, including doing everything in their power to ensure a dining table could fit into the property when the staircases were too narrow. Kris and his team were amazing. They arrived on time, worked hard and were friendly & neat. There were some changes on the day, which they accommodated even though they didn't have to as it was way outside the spec. They made the move very easy.

Having been let down by another removal company 7 days ahead of our big move I was concerned we wouldn't be able to find an alternative in time with COVID-19 lockdown restrictions & and the need to schedule a video call with an estimator to obtain a quote before booking. However, Alexanders were simply fantastic. I got in touch with them first thing Monday (5 days before our move) and was on a video call with their estimator within hours, I even got a quote back by Wednesday. Impressive! The best part was the quote was 1/3 better than the competitor we were due to use, and all the boxes, packing tape etc. that we needed to pack our non-fragile items ahead of time were couriered to us on the same day. During removal, Dimitar and his team were fantastic. We had quite a complicated move with goods going to multiple addresses and the team took it entirely in their stride. Everything got to where it should be, and all our fragiles were packed extremely well. If I ever need to use a removal company again I wouldn't hesitate booking Alexanders. Simply excellent. Keep doing what you're doing!

This is the second time I use this service and they are outstanding! I must say they are punctual (they arrived early even). They are efficient, diligent, friendly, and they surpassed my expectations at how fast and carefully it was all done and then unpacked. Would easily recommend Alexander's to anyone looking for a removals service. Friendly staff, very responsive from the moment you ask for a quote until well after the job is done. They organised parking suspensions on both ends of the move so that we would have no access issues or parking fines. The group of guys who turned up to move everything were polite, efficient and very careful with all of our things. All in all, they finished the job ahead of time and within budget. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

I've moved house over 30 times, and I must say Alexanders was one of the smoothest, friendliest and most professional experiences I have had. There was absolutely no concerns on my end at any point. The guys just got on with the job in a positive and professional manner. The quote in advance was very clear and transparent. On the day, it was seamless. They put back together any furniture which they had disassembled (which I have experienced issues with when using other firms in the past), and not a single item was damaged, despite moving a large amount of crystal, large framed artwork, glass topped table and desk. I would definitely use Alexanders for my next move and highly recommend them.

Dimi and his team helped us pack up the day after lockdown was lifted in the summer. They were professional, kind, and made the experience very straightforward. Easy process from start to finish. A video walkaround to assess the items that needed moving was very efficient, as opposed to having to draft and send a written inventory.
