The whole move was excellent from start to finish. On what has been the hottest weekend I can remember in London the guys moved me out of a 5 story house in extremely hot conditions. They worked tirelessly and were incredibly professional with no issue being a problem. So thank you so much - will be sure to recommend you to friends and family as well as using you again in the future!

I have moved many times in North America and even across countries with different moving companies. I have to admit these guys are one of the best ones. We went for the packing + moving services and we have lots of stuffs - unorganized as well... They were able to finish everything within four hours. They took extra care on fragile stuffs and electronic such as TV, soundbars and etc. Nothing was damaged. We have a big couch that the first time we moved into the previous flat, it took the other moving company 40 mins to just get in the door - these guys had no issue, they knew exactly what they were doing. Overall, I would give 10 out of 5 stars. We will definitely use then again and will recommend to friends.

I have recently moved with Alexanders from a 1 bed in the city out to South West London. My experience was terrific. The guys came on time, as agreed prior, they handled all the fragiles with such care, and wrapped all the expensive stuff really well. Had no breakages, no issues whatsoever, few scruffs and so on but those are always to be expected when moving. Nothing material whatsoever. The guys were very friendly, and professional, even as there was a little parking debacle downstairs - they were patient and professional throughout. Overall, I rate the experience really highly. I would definitely recommend them, as I did a lot of research before booking them and am really happy with my choice. Think their quote was slightly higher than most I checked, but they were the only ones not to quote on an hourly basis - but rather the whole job. Preferred that much more, as I didn’t want the surprise of extra time needed or extra costs arising - it gave me the peace of mind that the guys were there until the job was done - which is exactly how it went. No extra costs came up at all. I will definitely use them again next time, so thanks again for all the help!

Gary and Shane at Alexander’s are the most professional and helpful removal men I have ever had. I was very stressed out and have way too much stuff, they were a godsend. Quick and smooth move thank you to the skill set of these two men.

The guys who came to remove and take into storage were the best. Arrived on agreed time were quick and efficient, they were a great bunch worked together well. Everything rapped well. Two months later now out of storage and they were excellent again fast and efficient. I do not have any complaints, no breakages and large items were assembled and placed where required. They are very polite and helpful. I will recommend them to anyone needing to move and if I move again they will be my choice

I used Alexanders recently for an office move after meeting them at the PA show at the Excel. They came in with a competitive price and were professional throughout, from Tony coming to quote, Lisa arranging everything to Antonio and his team on the day. I was very apprehensive given the timing of the move but they put my mind at rest and carried out the move seamlessly. I had reason to use Alexanders Removal during an entire school move. The process was a nightmare for our school due to changes of dates, changes in quantities of items that were required to be moved. So many obstacles were put in the way of this amazing set of people. They took our problems in their stride. Even when I was stressed, they listened and assured me all will be alright, a direct quote...’it was their job to worry not mine’. Alexanders provided a fantastic service from start to finish....from the initial booking and survey with Gary/Brian, the fantastic support and organisation provided by Violeta, to the move itself by Antonio and his team everything went very smoothly and also much quicker than I anticipated!
