Michael and team Geo and Ahmed did a fantastic job moving flats within London for me (Lewisham to Camberwell). They were polite, good humored and took a lot of care with art works, tv, furniture and with dismantling and reassembly. I tried to help out but was told to relax! Would recommend Alexanders.

This was a big move for us from London to Norfolk. Right from the start after having a video consult with Gary who handed over to Lisa to mage the move we felt that everything was under control, despite us having to change the date. One packing day Marcin and his team were amazing. The packing was done really well. Its small details that count like the packing tape being strong but not leaving sticky residue over everything. I have some Pilates equipment that has a lot of delicate vinyl on it and it all arrived at the other end in perfect condition. Some large and fragile plants and a huge cactus were also moved with no damage. On the day of moving in the weather conditions were awful with thick snow but the guys were in great spirits and unloaded the vans in what seemed to me to be record time.

Marcin and Ryan were fantastic. They arrived before our scheduled time; waited patiently until I was ready. They were super efficient, polite and tidy. Could not expect a more hassle free move. Highly recommend!

From the initial quote to the day of the move the service from Alexanders was excellent. Always taking time to explain things. On day day of the move Chris and Robin where on hand to insure everything ran smoothly.

Really efficient and friendly team. Who tried to help in all ways they could. We were all packed up in no time and boxes all put in correct rooms ready for us to unpack the other end. Collected the empty boxes when we were ready too. Thank you!

Michael and his team at Alexanders helped us move house in late December. Excellent work and friendly. We had some delays on the day, which they dealt with very gracefully. They then came to pick up the boxes once we'd unpacked a few weeks later, which saved us the hassle of disposing of them (as well as being more environmentally friendly!). Big thumbs up!

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish from the wonderful, helpful and friendly Lisa to the dream team of Marcin. From day one, Lisa made me feel that we were in safe and capable hands. On the day of our move from London to East Sussex Marcin, Chris and the team were brilliant. The speed, efficiency and communication between the team was excellent. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble - even removing endless large plants and trees from our roof terrace and going down 5 flights of stairs! Thank you so much for making our move so stress free.

From start to finish, I felt like I was in safe, professional and good-humoured hands as the team moved me in December from London to Godalming. I am a natural worrier, but the team were always calm and reassuring and nothing was ever an issue for them. Special mention to Tony for always dealing with my stress levels¡ The removal team, overseen by Jameson, were brilliant- nothing was too much trouble and and they took particular care of things which were of sentimental value for me. I can't recommend them highly enough. The whole team made what could have been a really stressful time in to something almost enjoyable. Thank you.

Organising an office move within one week during a global pandemic, had the potential to be an absolute nightmare. Thankfully the team at Alexanders took care of everything from start to finish, and ensured that there was no stress. Richard & Lisa were managing our move and I could not have coped without them. They went over and beyond, nothing was too much trouble for them and they guided me throughout, from the beginning to the end. Dimitar & his team carried out our move and were very professional, friendly, efficient, hard working and very meticulous. If moving house is one of the most stressful life events, doing so at short notice, four days before Christmas and in the middle of a pandemic lockdown, is off the scale. I was particularly anxious about how the social distancing rules would work in our tiny house, but the Alexanders team was so quick, careful and efficient that I was able to let them get on with the job with minimal need for involvement. In spite of our very tricky, steep stairs, and the challenge of getting a big fridge freezer through extremely narrow doors, the vans were loaded and on the road within a couple of hours. And at the other end, well, my daughter even received some helpful (socially distanced) advice from one of the guys about which bedroom to choose. Thanks team Alexanders for being cheerful, helpful and... strong!

From the video quote appraisal through to the booking and then the packing and move itself, this company were a bright light in what was an incredibly stressful and difficult move. Everyone did all they could to help. Kris and his removals teams were efficient, fast, careful and kind and considering how stressed I was on arrival at the new property (lost cat and hold ups with solicitors) and given they’d had to wait over three hours for me to get the keys, they remained professional, good natured and calm. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole experience. If I did it again I think I’d pay for the unpacking service too!

Great moving experience. The team managed to fit us in at short notice. We had the same movers for moving our furniture out of one property and into another even though the moves were a week a part which made the whole process a lot smoother. Marlin an Rowan were super professional, arrived early both times and delt with some difficult the move pieces of furniture easily.
