They are top quality, no issues. We've used them three times for moves within London and one to the West. Always reliable, professional, punctual. The guys who do the actual moving are always very nice as well. Would definitely use again.
Outstanding service. Alexander’s got us out of a real pickle because we literally had one week’s notice to move house from SW to SE London. They were at the pricier end of the scale but very worth it in my opinion. The team were friendly and efficient, and generally made us feel at ease that everything was under control. They packed most stuff on the day before completion and the final pack and relocation the following day. The unloading at the new house was unbelievably quick too!

Great service from start to finish, we had a prompt visit from Gary at Alexanders to conduct a survey, he then provided a great price! We liaised with Brian before the move who was also fantastic, and then on the day of the move, both Antonio and James were superb! The service was professional throughout and with only myself being onsite for the move I was quite stressed, but both Antonio and James were really helpful, professional and friendly, would definitely use them again!

I have used alexanders to remove and store furniture while we have some refurbishment work carried out over the summer holidays, from making contact with Tony and Lisa to the boys that carried out the removals it has been first class, these boys worked really hard and nothing was to much trouble, they wanted to make sure we got what we needed, well done to Tomasz, Zaine,Marcin Antonio and Marius, these boys did a great job, I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Alexanders helped move my furniture into storage and back to my newly refurbished place, and the level of service was excellent. I had some large and heavy pieces that had to be rerouted and brought in through the garden, and they never flinched, even when those pieces had to be carried up 3 flights of stairs! They removed all traces of packing and were efficient, courteous and extremely careful about manouvering the pieces throughout the house. Would definitely recommend them to others for a calm, hassle-free experience.

These guys are fantastic! I've been using them since 2016 and nothing is ever a problem, they're always on hand to help no matter how short the notice is I give them, they always find a way. From the office staff to the delivery guys you can't go wrong, they're all extremely helpful, polite, friendly and very easy going. I would highly recommend them and do every time

Alexanders have always gone above and beyond. First I used them for storage between homes and they couldn't do enough to give me excellent access to my belongings and super convenient with a seamless move of my furniture into my new home. Then they moved my business, they made a stressful time almost relaxing. Brilliantly efficient, super fast service all reasonably priced. I have had the best service I could imagine from Alexander’s removals. They are so professional, always punctual and helpful and really go above and beyond to give you a personalised service. I would highly highly recommend them to everyone, as they are well worth every penny. They made my very stressful move across the city so easy and took care of everything. They also stayed in contact months afterwards, to provide fantastic aftercare and make sure we were settled in. They didn’t rush to pick up any boxes that were left behind and the movers themselves were so friendly and extremely hard working! Richard, the manager, is beyond courteous and so lovely! Such a pleasure, really happy with the service.
After offering me an unacceptable delivery date out of the storage which they rent from another organisation, and refusing to accept that this could be improved, Alexanders then went on to block the solution I subsequently agreed with the actual storage warehouse owners. This was clearly nothing other than a malicious and spiteful reaction to me fixing a solution which they failed to give any attention to. It was painful to listen to their ever changing reasons as to why the warehouse owners couldn't get my equipment out, when these owners (santa fe) were claiming they could, wanted to, and were incredibly helpful. Alexanders team basically, and quite simply, could not be bothered to give serious attention to my dilema even though it impacted us enormously and cost us dearly. I would rather carry my own items around rainy streets than use this outfit, and recommend anyone who expects a helpful service to stay well away.

All items in perfect condition when we unpacked them and they dismantled and reassembled our furniture quickly and efficiently. And great customer service from start to finish.
