My experience was very troubling at the outset as I did not get what I asked for and money was taken from my account that was more than was supposed to be. Hopefully there will be a better future.

I WAS DEFRAUDED BY ACUITY INS!! Acuity does not deserve any level of stars! I have personally witnessed that an insurance company views a policyholder as valuable until the policyholder files a claim... This was my experience with Acuity Insurance... after filing a claim with Acuity Ins on numerous occasions between May - September 2023, regarding water/fungus infiltration, that occurred in 2023 related to the Illinois deluge, which was later declared a Federal Disaster, unbeknownst to me, Acuity Insurance began an investigation (for what is termed, an Act of God), under the pretense 'bringing in another adjustor' who insisted on recording and asking questions totally 'unrelated to the water infiltration of the 2023 Federal Disaster. Acuity Insurance went on to harass me with threats from its legal team and subsequently denied my claim for coverage, stating I did not supply them with the rental management I hired in 2019... That has absolutely nothing to do with the deluge of water that infiltrated by home in 2023!! This also can be looked at as a case of Redlining - I'm offended that they accepted by premium but defrauded me out of the Rights of my coverage to repair my home that was damaged during the Illinois Disaster!! **Insult to injury Acuity replied to my post with a generic AI response... Acuity has an online portal, no agents... WHAT A RIP OFF!

I am tired of having my car insurance going up when I have had no tickets or accidents for a VERY long time. Why should I pay for other careless drivers? Overall I really like Acuity. Nice people that are very knowledgeable.

I don’t like the increase in premiums every year. I have not had a claim ever.nor have I hpreceicpved a moving violation.

When i reported a claim, it was handled quickly and professionally. I was assigned a claim number, and representative right away. The representative contacted me on a daily basis. Thank you Brittany Johnson. Brittany kept me informed though the claim process.

The 50% rate increase is appalling. You, along with the entire industry, are price gauging. I’d like to look at your bottom line (P&L) comparison year over year and see the justification for a 50% increase to your customers. Crazy thing is, I had a claim last year. Turns out that increases rates. Yours is the only product that if you use it, it gets more expensive. It would be like buying food and only getting to look at it. If you eat it however, the next time you buy it the cost is 50% more.

Website easy to access and navigate. Rates are competitive in the industry. Rate increases were moderate this year compared to other industry providers. Printed materials have been clear, concise and comprehensive.

When I contacted Acuity to submit a claim for ID theft, I was assigned a person to coordinate the process and two other experts to help me recover my identity and accounts. They have been extremely helpful and continue to follow up with me to ensure I am following the recommendations they have provided.

I wish I could raise our rates as much as your company does. I can’t keep up with the increased costs you implement. I’ll continue to look for alternatives to the product you offer. It’s very frustrating to feel taken advantage of the price increases that get pushed at us with little to no options. I would not recommend your company.

I had damage to my car caused by rubbish on the road. I had decided to just "live with it." Finally game Acuity a call. I was so surprised to hear a friendly voice understand my issue and take immediate action to bring it to a close. No issues at all; my service folks did a gorgeous job and nobody complained about anything. Just a nice treat in life.

My most recent experience was getting my premium statement, which went up by hundreds of dollars. I switched to Acuity for fairer rates, but any gains from the first year were lost in the second. I won't stay with Acuity if rates go up again.

Acuity has always been easy to deal with and has good information
