it's easy to use and pay

You need to find agents that care about us. I have tried twice to move to a different agent and they don't even return my calls. I guess there isn't enough commission involved to bother.
Hit a deer and it was paid for very quickly
I was in a accident and it wasn't my fault , it was a fender bender. It took a long time to get authorization to get my car repaired. Not good for a loyal customer
