Awful, they cut off payment to the rental car company and never notified me. I received a call from the rental company 24 hours ..I would have to pay out of pocket. One of their insured rear ended me and my car is not drivable and in the shop until at least May 7. Unbelievable.

I have been a loyal customer of Acuity for quite a few years, maybe 10. Their rates have been consistently lower than their competitors and any contact I have had with them has been pleasant. Once, when my car was rear-ended, the other driver’s insurance company wanted to lay the blame on me. I paid my deductible and relied on Acuity to fight for me. They did, successfully, and I promptly received a refund of the deductible. What I remember most from that whole experience was how pleasant and personable the service representatives were. They are just good people.
