The insurance company sends me an annual bill. I send them a check in that amount. They appear to be satisfied....as am I. I guess that is a positive experience.
Took care of my problem quickly.
Took out a homeowners and auto policy in October of 2023. I have an in-ground swimming pool that was disclosed before the policy was taken out. On December 6 of 2023 I received a notification in the mail that my policy was being cancelled at 12:01 on Dec 9 because I have an in-ground pool that is unfenced. This pool is located in the middle of 40 acres with no neighbors, my drive way is a half mile long. Only giving a 2 days notice is terrible on the part of Acuity. The pool is covered and frozen over, why the rush to cancel so quickly? At least give some time to find replacement coverage. The pool will be covered and frozen for the next 3 months at least.

My car was hit by another driver with acuity insurance company I talked to James dang about my car getting fixed he told me to send in pictures and estimate of my car I did that so he told me he just waiting on somebody to give him the estimate of my car getting fixed and he never called back to give me the estimate. I really think that he don't want to pay me for the damages on my car
Communication is excellent and timely.
We were with another company and never got anything from them. We switched to Acuity and everyone we have had to speak with was helpful and friendly. When I asked questions, they were answered in a way that I could understand.
So far so good.
Switch to different coverage went smoothly.
We are still waiting for claim adjuster to come to our home, rescheduled several times new adjuster assigned simple request is now a mess. New date is 11/17 we'll see what happens. Can't remember when we had a claim so this delay is a first and hopefully not how all claims are handled.
Acuity's communication concerning my claim was incredible. I received correspondence via email, phone calls, and US Postal Service. They were all so kind, and so willing to help. The independent inspector that was sent out to inspect the damages did a thorough inspection, not at all what I had expected.
