needed to add a truck and delete another truck. Got the secretary. she gave the 800 number. the people at the 800number encouraged me to contact our agent. that was what made a difference. Teamwork!

What a great insurance company. In July we had a claim and the adjuster was on the ball fast. Kept us informed and all questions were answered. Glad I had Acuity Insurance it made things easy.

Nothing is “wrong”. I just never hear from my agent. I would expect that from a web-based relationship, but not so much for a business account. Just sayin.

If I could give acuity zero stars I would, they are impossible to work with. One agent called back with snide remarks and had nothing helpful to say about our problem and even got the information about our roof incorrect. Others came by claiming they would help but no one did anything. I would run, not walk away from this company!

Friendly agents at Turner Insurance ask what I was looking for in an Insurance company. My reply was a company that would come thru if needed. Acuity was recommended and I took their recommendation. Prices were higher and am hoping their service will be if ever needed. If I ever have a claim then I will be able to leave a more complete review.

Representitve at Compas Insurance (Robin) does a great job servicing my account. However, I was disapointed at the rate increase for my premium. I feel its not fair for me to subsidize disasters that I did not incure. I am penalized even though I had no claims.

Kayla Clark did a great job explaining everything we had to do to get are claim in. Kayla called us and ask how we were doing and that if there is anything we need from Acuity to help us with our claim that they were just a phone call away. She knew we were very upset with what happened in our basement and showed a lot of empathy with what we were going through. Acuity is a very great company that stands by their policies. Our family will recommend Acuity to our families, neighbors and friends. Thank you so much for being the best in Wisconsin. Darin and Dimity Grabowski

We couldn’t go on smart pay at renewal and no reason was given. We are leaving acuity unless I hear from someone today 10/11 and we can stay on smart pay. We’ve been loyal customers and acuity has made it clear they don’t care about us by not getting back to our agent on this. Asinine and ridiculous.
