We had a fire. On my way to the location I called Acuity. Within ten minutes I had received an e-mail with the claim number and a phone call from the adjuster assigned to the case. Before the fire department left the scene a contractor arrived, sent by the adjuster, to coordinate removal of contents and to get the structure boarded up. Amazing response time!

When Acuity sends out your Audit, it couldn't be at a more difficult time of year. It is year end, when businesses are the busiest. Acuity roughly gives us a two week period to get that Audit ready, which happens to be in Nov.-Dec. Why couldn't this Audit come in Oct. when things are much slower, or even in the summertime. Premiums are very high as well. Insurance on a whole is more costly than ever, with some businesses choosing no coverage vs. coverage. I understand why it is costly, given you pick up the cost if there is an accident and someone is off work due to that accident. Getting out of reach for the average business.
Your company was very responsive if I had to leave a message someone got back to me right away. I was very pleased with the money I got for everything that was stolen I thought it was fair. My agent was Aja Buss she did a great job. If someone asked about your company I would refer you to them. Thank you for your help
If I could do a 0 for stars I would. They completely screwed us by saying they would cover us with our siding and then decided after having them a cpl months they decided they could no longer cover us. They couldn’t just cover us and leave off the siding like other insurances either. Very sad that something out of our control affects getting insurance.
I knew what to expect and they communicated very well with ETA of when arriving, what the process is, etc.

I like that an audit was done after our expansion. I do not like that we are charged for your audit and that no one even came to see the expansion to know what you are insuring for us.
