Acuity does a great job handling claims in a very timely manner. I haven't had a claim in a long time & hope I don't have any, but it's good to have such a responsive company!

Your billing is inaccurate for my home and auto bundle and the price keeps going up and up even though I've had no claims, accidents or tickets and I drive far less than 200 miles per month in a car that is over almost 20 years old.

So far we feel Acuity Insurance is a good company. We have had no issues with the company and our coverage but feel the cost of insurance for more "mature" people is too high. We have not had any claims and still I believe we are paying a lot for insurance coverage. Is there anything that can be done for senior-aged people with no claims? We absolutely love our agent, Cheri Stangeland, from First International Insurance in Fargo, ND. She is really watching out for us.

I've had this company for about 3 years. Their customer service has always been good when I need to call them. I had an employee back up into someone and they took care of everything.

Invoice payment process on the Acuity website is easy and very efficient. I was able to get done what I needed to get done without wasting time having to click on multiple points, etc.
