I am very happy with Acuity so far. We've had Acuity for about 2 years now and the customer service has been wonderful. I'm also very happy with the price of the home owners insurance and the auto insurance. We switched from another top insurance agency which I thought we were happy with until we went to Acuity. Now I'm even happier cause of the rates. We've had to file a major claim once and they were so easy to work with. Never gave us one bit of problems and helped us every step of the way!

We have not experienced a claim for quite awhile, but did have an email exchange with our rep regarding the striking increase to the policy, and she replied in a proper timeline. Considering we insure our home and our two vehicles, have home security, low mileage, and have few claims through many years, we believe our rates have increased beyond reason. Acuity should have a senior rates category for people who have retired and have a good record with the company. Stating that rates have gone up all over gives the appearance that the insured is paying for the excessive claims across the board, leaving no real incentive to make every effort to safeguard our home and vehicles to avoid making claims if possible. This is something Acuity should be considering at their next meeting.

Working with Matt Daily. He explained my coverage and gave me recommendations. Together we reviewed my Home owners' policy and found missing information that helped to lower my rate. In addition, he was accessible when I needed help with insuring my recent car purchase. I would reccomend Matt Daily as an agent for Acuity to my friends and family.

Usually, my insurance is just a safety net. Last year, however, I hit a deer and needed to put my auto insurance to the test. I got easy approval of the damage repair, the payment was quick, and I have no complaints.

We had never filed a homeowners claim before so I didn't know how smoothly it would proceed. We thought that our roof may have had hail damage because numerous homes in our neighborhood were being replaced. Called our local agent and the entire process from inspections, payment and replacement went extremely well. Very happy!!

I had a question regarding coverage in the event I died and would a claim filed by my heirs be recognized and covered. I received a quick response, which to my relief, indicated that as long as the policy was paid up, my heirs and assigns would be able to file and collect on claims covered under the policy.
