We bought our Oak Chevron floor from Wood & Beyond and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the quality of the floor and the excellent customer service throughout. It has turned out perfectly and is always the first thing people ask about when they come to our house!

Excellent customer service? Since my initial review, (which I was asked to give in order to receive a discount) and since they have had my money WoodandBeyond has become a terrible company to deal with. Basically they have been refusing to replace damaged planks from my deliveries but now they are saying they will replace some but not all but I have to pay £92 delivery!? They are saying that I should have notified the delivery driver immediately and sign the Proof of Delivery document if any products arrive damaged, but the pallets looked intact and undamaged. However they are unrealistic to expect a pallet to be unloaded and every box opened before the driver leaves. Our first delivery was 28 boxes so that means they expected me to open up all 28 boxes and inspect all 280 planks, whilst the driver waits - that is simply a ridiculous request. When I did unpack them and started to see the damages I let them know immediately. At the end of the day it is just 16 damaged planks that I need to be replaced - but they are only offering to replace 10 and want me to pay £92 delivery!! 16 damaged planks to be replaced - not to much of an ask, I think you will agree! So if you are thinking of buying from woodandbeyond take care and unpack every single thing and inspect it or it could become very expensive for you - good luck!

Really helpful service today. Fast and efficient. I ordered samples last week, which came very fast. Having chosen the one that I want, I have telephoned to place the order and delivery will be by the end of the week. Couldnt have asked for a better service. I am sure that we will be ordering again for future projects

Great service from Riza and team. Riza has gone above and beyond to accommodate for us on our project. We will be using wood and beyond again, great pricing, showroom nearby to pop into also which is a bonus when picking shades/looking for advice. Would recommend and will use again for our other projects going forward!
