Great supplier

I have just installed the natural oak chevron from Wood & Beyond throughout my ground floor and it's exceeded my expectations. It looks way more expensive than it is for such a competitively priced floor. And it's even cheaper now than what I paid for it back in January. My chippy said it was a nightmare to lay - it's chevron - but even he was blown away with end result. I visited the store and dealt with staff over the phone and they were always super helpful. The only reason I've given 4 not 5 stars is that I have 15 boxes left over which would have been the recommended 15% wastage and the returns policy (20% restock fee and you have to pay for courier) means it's not worth returning. So word to the wise. Go easy on your wastage. I could have saved myself £500. Other than that I'm a satisfied customer. Totally recommend a visit to Wood & Beyond.

We have used Wood and beyond in the past and have always loved the quality of their wood. This time round Roque Fernandes helped us and was easily able to source the wood we used previously (without us providing him much information to help) he was very patient with me and was able to locate an old order to match a previous product. My experience was fantastic with this company, such great customer service and the floor is wonderful, such good value for money. I thought for the cost it might not be such excellent quality but it was beyond my expectations. We have 3 kids and the floor is faring incredibly, it looks amazing and I am very very happy.
