I visited the Golders Green Store today and was assisted by Sorina. She was very knowledgeable and patient. I wanted to see the click versions of wood flooring before making a decision on the best product for my needs. Sorina was pleasant and helpful without being pushy. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend Wood and Beyond.

Good prices and advice

I needed a flooring which was out of stock and needed to be pre-ordered, after leaving an initial £50 deposit I called back to made a remainder of the payment. Roque assisted with the order and payment, he is very friendly, super helpful and handled my request with patience and thoroughly. He also managed to get me an early slot for delivery. Really pleased with the service. I'm also happy with the flooring. The only thing I would say is that the usual allowance of 10% on top of the required floor area is not often enough if you have an old property as it tends to have lots of irregular rooms and corners. I also found that we were not able to use 100% of the flooring as not all were manufactured to specification, with dents and imperfections and so we were unable to use, it's a small percentage but it needs to be factored in, as in our case I had to order one extra pack to complete the job.

Roque was a huge help in explaining the different types of engineered wood, which made our choice way easier. Their prices are great compared to other places, and it was so helpful to see the products in person at their showroom. They have a massive selection! It's definitely worth the trip instead of just ordering online without seeing what you're getting.

the floor has a great selection of planks -- my wife and I are very happy with what we found there. Staff members are professional and knowledgable. Able to expedite our order given the particular situation.

Great service over the phone, quick to answer. I am yet to fit the flooring but the sample was perfect, quickly delivered and good value.
