Sent a number of samples out very fast, but hard to tell the colour from the small sample so went into the showroom where they have larger sections you can compare against each other. Diana very helpful getting sections out and giving advice which made making a decision super easy

Chose flooring samples which were sent quickly. Product looked as expected and wanted to order flooring for our living room and dining room. There was a sale on and it seemed a very good price. Tried to order online, but as I’m in Scotland had to phone to order and arrange delivery - efficient and helpful on the phone.

Super range on show and the ability to select the floor options you like and compare them side by side in the showroom. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Recommend.

Despite selecting a delivery date on placing the order the company changed this without consulting me. After rearranging my diary to accept delivery for the new date (after waiting in all day the first time round) they have advised they now can't deliver for another week... they were keen to confirm that it wasn't their fault but their couriers and there is nothing they can do... I'm away on the suggested date and so this would mean a delay of over a month from when I placed the order. disappointed and now out of pocket as need to go elsewhere and may for express delivery. I wouldn't use this company again

Hello, I am extremely dissatisfied with the handling of this situation. As a well-known company, this is not the standard of customer service I expect. Despite my numerous requests for callbacks from management, I have been met with rude staff and have yet to receive any follow-up. Your company's negligence led to a pallet being left out in the rain yesterday, resulting in significant damages. I reported this immediately upon delivery. As stated in our phone conversation, neither I nor any of my builders signed for this item. To rectify this, I require the damaged pallet to be collected and replaced promptly. The accompanying photos clearly show the box soaked with water, leading to extensive damage to the woodwork. Given your industry expertise, you should be aware that wood exposed to substantial water swells and sustains damage. I demand a final response to this issue. Failing a satisfactory resolution, I will escalate this matter to the financial ombudsman.

Can’t fault the service we have had a great experience from first call to find out delivery cost as wasn’t allowing me to process order on line spoke to Roque and he was fantastic flooring arrived on day advised only took a couple of days to get to us in Glasgow. We went for the LVT supremo range and the quality and fit is fantastic. Very happy customers and would defo recommend to friends and family. Thanks to everyone
