After initially asking me to write a 5 star review to get 50 pound discount, the floor was not delivered by the day agreed, leading to a total of 10 days delay and extra-expenses for having the fitters around with no floor to fit in.

I have ordered engineered wood flooring form this company. Great customer service in showroom or from representatives over the phone (specially from Roque). Delivery is usually swift but driver could call you when he is already at your address and not one hour in advance.

The item I wanted was out of stock currently so I phoned through and Sorina was very helpful and polite in arranging my preorder and honouring a current website discount code. Phone was answered straight away and the whole process only took a few minutes, very simple. I’d feel confident ringing back up if I needed to check on anything, thank you!
