I recently visited your store and was thoroughly impressed with the showroom and the exceptional service I received. The showroom is well-organized, showcasing a wide variety of products that are displayed beautifully. It made browsing a pleasure and helped me visualize how different items would look in my own space. I would like to give special thanks to Diana, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my visit. She was knowledgeable about the products, answered all my questions with patience, and provided valuable recommendations. They have two websites one called Wood and Beyond and also Vinyl Flooring Direct. Same website but one is cheaper. Order some flooring, a few days after the order they put on a discount code making the same floor £88.55 cheaper. I initially paid £628.98 now the exact same thing is being sold for £540.43. They are refusing to refund the difference so the only option I now have is to return the flooring to their warehouse and buy it again. This is just wasting their time and wasting my time, instead of refunding the difference. Customer services are useless not very helpful and very argumentative. If you are planning to pick up from the warehouse, they have ridiculous opening times so watch out.
Delivery arrived damaged. We shared photographic evidence of the damage even with the wood still on the pallet on the street where it was delivered. However Wood and Beyond are saying that because it was not indicated on the proof of delivery they will not replace the damaged wood. The delivery driver did not give our builder a chance to notice it was damaged. He simply said, sign here and rushes off. The after sales customer service has been terrible, with no solution at all. Also, be careful, if you find damage once you open the boxes, wood and beyond will not take any responsibility either, as you need to notify them before you sign the proof of delivery. This is impossible as you would need to open ALL the boxes and check them all beforehand and then sign the proof of delivery.
