Seems a good product . I was going to order and then saw for 4 sqm they wanted to charge £49. I called them and they said this was standard. Something wrong here to deliver in London. Beware !

The team provided top quality FREE samples which helped me choose the perfect flooring for my home project. I pre-ordered the flooring & the team kept me up to date throughout & arranged delivery as soon as the items came into stock! Not only were they the best quality product of all the samples I ordered they were super competitive on the price point, tbh I would have paid more!

3 worktops ordered. Only 2 delivered, of which one is damaged. Called them to hear i should email boss using my email ID. Really? As we are in UK I would suggest English speaking customer service for starters. No response to emails anyway. So I lost money and had to call off contractors. Unable to do the kitchen. I strongly advise against this company.
Great shop, staff were very helpful, they know what they are talking about. They didn’t make you feel bad if you were buying cheaper flooring. The price was fantastic and ended up getting better quality flooring than I expected within my budget. They have a high quantity of stock and very transparent on availability and delivery.

Wood and beyond have a great choice of wood flooring with free samples which are also posted free. This really helps when choosing which wood suits your room. When ordering you can choose the delivery date to suit you. The customer service after delivery confirmation is brilliant up until the actual delivery. Very pleased so far with wood and beyond with my delivery due on Monday.
