Sham company, poor quality floorings. Rude staff and terrible customer service by staff. Within weeks of my floor fittings, paint started peeling and cracking. They do not honour warranty accusing customer of misusing without any evidence. Please save your money and avoid the stress of dealing with this company. Please check my Google review for the images of floorings that I am referring to. Also anyone buying from them please check their so called T&C’s for warranty that literally takes off any level of care or responsibility from the company. And with any issues, they without any proof blame on customer in this case me for apparently “abusing” the floor. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional staff. Also threatening me with legal action for giving this feedback. Please be careful when dealing with this company.

Wood & Beyond is an excellent store where you can find a wide range of floor and worktop options and polite support from their salespeople. In their showroom, you can see large samples of their wood floors and take small samples home to make the right decisions without feeling pressured. Sorina assisted me with my pre-order and deposit, providing precise information with a smile. Good value and friendly service!

I needed two additional boxes, Roque was very helpful and fitted me in just after the deadline just after the deadline for delivery a day earlier than their timeline and got me a quick delivery slot. Was very helpful. Also the flooring looks great, only advice I can give you is to use their recommended fitters, I had others try and made many excuses but their fitter had it all done without any issues within 5 or 6 hours.

I went to the showroom and the advice I received was to the point, very friendly and very patient. I placed an order which they kindly held for a couple of days until I had confirmation as to my contractor's availability. Roque Fernandez personally called me the next day to confirm the order and arranged a suitable delivery date. I will purchase from Wood & Beyond again.
