Do not even dare to order from waeplus, this company also has other sites and love to just take your money my order was supost of arrived on the 26-30july 2013 and didnt. When I rangup customer services on the 2nd August they said that my item is in the warehouse and they have to just send it soo it will arrive to me on the 12th August 2013, this product didnt arrive. I rang up again on the 6th August and the man sent out a form and 'sent it to the manager' to hurry the process. I rang back on the 12th August to find out they wait for the item to get to them from europe to Birmingham and its not even in thier warehouse or been sent and the manager hasnt replied to none of the emails the customer services aparantly sent to [external link removed] and because the item hasnt arrived they are now teling me to wait 9-10days, another forms been sent and I should recieve my item then. My reply was 'how can you give me a delivery date when you dont know anything about my order as its not in the warehouse and the manager hasnt replied" he tries and changes the subject.. also customer services is based in India they aparantly have no managers or supervisors thier atal apart from thierselfs even though you ring a 0121 number for Birmingham and the customer services speak too clear compared to ordering a takeaway, the customer services say thier based in india and the managers in the Uk so thiers no direct contact to get hold of the manager which is not a real buisness as every buisness has someone higher up than them, when i said that suddenly the phone cut out and after a while he rang me back which was strange and a coincidence but [external links removed] is what I found after reasearching so what was said was a lie to me, to email the manager its restricted and the phone does ring but the manager hangs up My info I found what they uploaded on Midlands buisness news that they wrote and pictures of themselfs!!: [private data removed] managers of WAE+, one of the fastest growing online retailers, is targeting SMEs (small-to-medium sized businesses) with its new business account team. Reporting to Head of Ecommerce, [private data removed] have been appointed as account managers and will service WAE+ business customers as part of the online retailer’s new B2B team. Initially targeting the SME sector, WAE+ will focus on providing information on over 125,000 products, quick and simple ordering, and multiple payment methods. Business customers will have access to a wide range of office supplies, as well as other products from WAE+’s range, including fax machines and copiers, PCs, tablets, mobile phones and projectors plus ink cartridges and printer paper. The retailer is positioning itself as an ideal one-stop shop for procurement managers as it offers everything from office supplies and consumer electronics to catering supplies, from big brand names including Canon, Apple, Samsung, Cadbury and Coca Cola. The new business account managers are available on [external links removed] to provide a fast, friendly service, ensuring that new orders, special requests and regular orders can be placed easily and dispatched quickly. WAE+ is also currently working on a same day delivery service for Midlands companies. [private data removed], Head of Ecommerce at WAE+, commented: “Since starting up in 2011, our online offering has grown rapidly and we are on target to reach a second year turnover of over £9 million. We started our company selling office supplies, but our consumer electronics range was so successful that our focus shifted. Now, with our new business account team, we want to ensure that SMEs are also benefitting fully from our low prices and extensive range.” WAE+ offers more than 125,000 products, many of which are ideal for business users. Companies can benefit from the value WAE+ offers both in terms of its range of products and low pricing. My info I found myself: WAE PLUS IS WORTH $25, 779, THEY GET 719USD PER MONTH BY SHOWING ADS!! 5, 967 visitors daily. HOSTED ON IP ADDRESS 190.93.241.196 IN COSTA RICA!! said on [external link removed] I have now rang my bank after re searching these people and what thier about and they have scammed many! Thier sending me a form to fill out and I should get my money back.. better than thier soo called 30day money back return they offer and except but dont dish out.. if you have a problem with these people dont waste your breath go and see legal advice and take action straight away, even if they tell you your post has delayed and then you dont recieve it and they say another date.. dont wait till the last minute to get professional advice, if the shipping has taken longer than 30days and they havent delivered the quicker you seek professional advice the quicker the situation is resolved. Waiting and hanging on just means that if others complain then this company will soon be shut down and only yourself will lose out, think ahead before its too late!! Hope my advice is helpful!

The delivery has been delayed two weeks with no notification and the answer from customer service is cause we didn't phone them to chase up so there's no notification. The goods been pending for such long and the reason is we didn't chase makes no sense. Very very bad service, never had such bad customer service ever. Definitely the worst customer service.

Mr Kyle 13 August 2013, 12:19

Like many others - I decided to order an item since it was cheaper on WAE+ - After ordering a £286 computer part my delivery date was the 9th-13th and it's now the 13th and my order is still sat at "Awaiting Fulfillment". I called WAE+ before this to check on my order as I was concerned and they advised me the stock was being brought in from Europe and that I'd have to wait around 7-9 days. So basically it wasn't really "In Stock" per se, despite saying they've got it on their website. To this day, I've sent x2 messages to WAE+ both with the "exact" same tin can response back to me. My advice is to avoid them and spend the extra money to get reliable delivery times and not get fobbed off. **UPDATE 15/08/2013** I found number "0121 667 4879" which is apparently for their Business customers. I call it and someone answered almost immediately and I told them about my problem. She transferred me to somebody who sounded as though he was from the Birmingham office. He couldn't tell me when I'd get the part and advised me to cancel. He said I could wait another 10-12 days and cancel if it doesn't turn up - I agreed and that was that. He told me he'd escalated the problem to his Managers and also advised that I E-mail [email protected] So after E-Mailing: management [email protected] Deborah Heer [email protected] WaePlus CoUk [email protected] dcresswell [email protected] bslater [email protected] I received a response at after 9PM that night from Deborah Heer explaining it was not part of their "core" range and that it's been canceled and I'd expect a refund immediately. Being suspicious but also taking their word for it I later discovered (after many messages and the standard tin can responses back) that it could take 30 days. They've got £286 of my hard earned money which they are keeping and making a bit of interest off it whilst they wait 30 days to give me my refund. 30 days maximum is the law but is terrible considering their "In Stock" on the website is a bit of a lie and I never even received anything. ***UPDATE 21/08/2013*** Spoke to Barclays last Friday who said that I could log a claim to get my money back this Monday (I ordered the item on the 26th of July) which I was quite pleased about. I have a Barclays Visa Debit card which apparently is covered under the Visa Debit Chargeback Scheme which is good. I have receive a form today to fill out detailing briefly the problem and I am required to sign it. Rather than post it back I've been told I can take it down to my local Barclays branch and they will fax my form of for me which speeds up the process somewhat. Hopefully they will be able to get me my money back. I honestly didn't realise I'd have such a problem getting my hard earned cash back or something that was never in stock. ***UPDATE 10/09/2013*** I am still waiting for Barclays to give me back the money. I have looked up Baines & Ernst / Be Corporate and E-Mailed [email protected] and received a response to suggest they are happy for people to send information to them about that company and it's directors. So, I think it's true - WAE+ have gone down the pan and the Administrators are in leaving many other people without their refunds. **UPDATE 11/09/2013** I came home to find the letter from Baines & Ernst that everyone is talking about. They advised me that they cannot refund unfulfilled orders with WAE+ and to go through my bank to get a refund if possible. It says that if the bank cannot refund me then I can fill a claim form out to see if I can get it back from Baines & Ernst although it'll basically be an "Unsecured" debt meaning that I'll be at the bottom of the pile of people getting my money. So basically it's highly doubtful that i'd receive anything doing it that way. I can only hope that Barclays have some good news for me although they've now come back to me saying it can take up to 4 weeks for them to complete their investigations. **UPDATE 17/09/13** Finally received all my money back from Barlclays - They took their sweet time. A word of warning to others, do not use a company called "EXTAK" - They are connected to WAE+ as Suman Roy (who worked with Ben Slater & Darren Creswell) is a directory of this company. They are already getting bad reviews again so it looks as though they've just started up their same dodgy operation within a different company name. Just be aware and don't shop with Extak. This experience has certainly taught me to thoroughly research lesser known companies. From now on I will only order stuff from well known companies that are well established and good reviews. I wish everyone else who has suffered at the handsets of Ben, Darren and the rest of them every success in getting their money back. ###MY ADVICE TO OTHERS - AS OF 11/09/2013### My best advice for dealing with this is as follows: - If you've paid with a Credit Card you've got more rights. I'm told that typically the credit card company will just credit you with what you have lost (sometimes within 24 hours) because you're spending their money. They'll look to recoup their losses afterwards. - If you've paid by Visa Debit then you may be covered by the Visa Debit Chargeback scheme - Although they try to get the money back from WAE+ first before considering to just refund you themselves and recoup their losses later. - Finally PLEASE E-Mail [email protected] with you're experiences and your views of this company. They will be taking this into account, along with all the trust pilot reviews and also the petition to get them shutdown.

Charged my credit card immediately, promised to ship in 3-4 days, never shipped product at all, lied on the phone over and over again about EVERYTHING, refused to issue a refund until a chargeback was initiated by my credit card company.

Firstly, I am currently ordering a H100i from this company, I find them legit and seems like one of the best websites to buy things from as they are able to provided a lesser price compared to other websites. very good company, better than [external reference removed] or [external reference removed] i guess

I ordered an item that was marked as in stock and paid for faster delivery as I needed it quickly. It hadn't turned up after a week or so, so as I was desperate I cancelled the order and got it from [competitor] instead (arrived next day, well done [competitor]!). I've been chasing and chasing for a refund, but keep getting the same copy-and-paste response online whatever I ask, so have resorted to calling. First time I was advised the cancellation hadn't been registered on their system until 11 July, so I needed to wait until 11 August. The guy also said that the company process all refunds manually, and they only have one person doing this so it takes time and it's first come first served, basically. Guess what? Still no refund. Plus I now can't get through on the helpline number. I've reported them to my credit card company, and am about to do the same to Trading Standards. Next stop BBC Watchdog; they need to be stopped.

I placed an order for a hand-held dyson on 1st June. The money was taken immediately and then after 2 weeks the fobbing off started. 2.5 months later I have no Dyson and no refund, which was promised over a month ago. Tomorrow I'll be contacting my credit card company to register a fraudulent transaction. This company should be closed down with immediate effect, before they cause problems to more innocent victims. Dreadful doesn't cover it. How they get away with it I'll never know.

My experience with WAE+ ..... Terrible. Rogue Traders comes to mind. It is not one that I would ever recommend - in fact people need to be warned off using them. In my experience, the company offers for sale products that it does not have. It then continually quotes another 7-10 days when asked where the order is. An immediate refund is refused because its T&C state that they can take up to 30 days to pay money back after a cancellation - this, despite the fact that their own T&C state that no contract exists before the goods are acquired! I am determined to let as many people as possible know about my terrible with WAE+ You can of course keep the £5 voucher because I would never consider dealing with this company again.

Taken payment, accepted order. Month later asked for whereabouts was told that the goods are not available. Asked for refund. Haven't heard from them since. Has to go to bank and demand the charge back on consumer credit rights basis.

I was told that I would receive my refund in 30 days this would have been 8th August 2013, it is now 10th August and several phone calls later to so called customer services AND STILL NO REFUND. This company after reading reviews has a habit of holding on to customers money, in fact they are getting loans from us and receiving interest on our money which is not legal. I would urge everyone NEVER to deal with this company in any way. I certainly would never buy from them again. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE if you value your money. WAE+ even if I ever get my £138.29 back you will not have heard the last of me, promise!!!.

If i was speaking to a friend - I would say stay away from this company at all costs. Promise delivery of goods in stock, then do not deliver. Make numerous excuses, do not respond to customer queries and repeat the same inane responses word for word. Cancelled eventually and now, four weeks later, still having fun trying to get my money back. The most unreliable supplier I have ever come across - stay well away,

I got exactly what I was looking for at a bargain price and free delivery thrown in! You can't ask for more than that! Very happy. :)

I ordered a HP laptop with WAE+ as the item was showing in stock and delivery 7-10 days. Phoned them 3 weeks later to be told laptop not in stock and they did not know when it would be in stock. They asked if I wanted an alternative laptop, I said no and requested a refund on the 26h June 2013. They told me it would take up to 30 days to process my refund as per their T&C. I immediately received email confirmation of my cancelled order and that a refund will be with me within 30 days. Still no refund received despite calling them twice sending them 2 messages via their website. So far I have been waiting for 45 days and all they tell me is that they had a technical issues (what a load of rubbish) and have escalated my claim to management. I have asked to speak to a Manager or a Director and they refuse to put me through. I told them that I would visit their premises in Birmingham and this did not have any impact. The bottom line is that they do not have any funds to refund customers! I have since contacted my bank and they are going to take action to recover my money. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a small item last Friday but so far ( a week later), no sign of it and no communication from WAE+. Its a shame, as I have come to expect from experience, companies who trade on the internet to under promise and over deliver, here WAE+ have over promised and under delivered! Lets see how long they now take to fulfil an order.

JP Sweetietrees 09 August 2013, 17:08

I placed my order on the 6th July, after still not having heard from them by 17th July I rang to enquire about my order, I was told there was a delay and the order wasn't expected to reach them for another 7 - 10 days. I was told I could have a refund, I received a confirmation e-mail of that conversation. It is now 9th August and I still have not received my refund. Absolutely fuming and will not try and use them again.

Simon Kirby 09 August 2013, 15:40

I ordered a camera case on the 15 June (showing in stock) and payment was taken from my card the very next day. On the 30 June I requested an update on my order as I had not received it and was told there had been a delay and it would be shipped 'in the next few days'. On 14 July I had still not received my order so cancelled it and was told that 'the refund will be processed and back into your account soon'. It is now the 9 August, 8 weeks after I first placed the order and I still don't have my money back. Unbelievably incompetent and a bad service! Very interested to see if I get my £5 account credit for this but probably wouldn't waste my time spending it anyway! UPDATE: Only fair that I mention that my refund was credited to my account within 4 days of this post so I do now have my money back (but not the £5 account credit for rating).
