The item i ordered well over a month ago was and still is listed as in stock, yet my order is still 'waiting fulfillment'. They gave me no indication my order was going to be delayed. When i emailed to ask about it 10 days ago they said it would be dispatched in a few days and I'm still waiting. Its unacceptable to conduct business this way.
The item I bought was the cheapest I could find online and was delivered in perfect condition and in a timely fashion. I will be using WAE+ again going forward.
I ordered the product after finding WAE+ through Google Shopping. The price was excellent and the item was delivered very quickly, especially as I selected the free delivery option.

I am so happy with my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 16mg from WAE+, purchased for £212! I would highly recommend this company if you want the best price, free quick delivery (ordered on weds night arrived Friday morning), great user friendly website and service.
I ordered a camcorder at a good price, then read the terrible reviews online and despaired. However, my order arrived in good time and good condition, post free as advertised. My only complaints are that no email was sent saying my order had been dispatched, though money was taken the first possible day; and I never got an invoice. It seems about half of customers have a good experience, half a terrible one. So you take pot luck if you want to enjoy the cheap goods. It must be awful to work for them, dealing with annoyed customers, but when they do get in contact they are polite and try to present a professional front.
My mother in law drinks nothing but Apple Lucozade , which seems to be unavailable at all the major supermarkets. WAE were a lifesaver. Not only did they stock it at a good price it was delivered faster than the stated time. It was well packaged and left with a neighbour when we were out. I now have one very happy mother in law. 96 bottles should keep her supplied for a few months!
I am very disappointed with this company as I can' t reach them by phone and all I get is standard letters not explaining where my goods are or when they will be delivered. Money has been taken.

The order was easy to make, and delivery was well within the given dates. My opinion excellent, very happy will certainly use again.
Despite finding a large selection of items at very reasonable prices. I have yet to recieve the product I ordered and I am still awaiting my order to be fulfilled and delivered. WAE+ have clearly indicated a time frame receipt and future delivery date, but by paying additional fees for delivery method I find the lead time to delivery is exceptionally slow. It has been 5 working days since I made payment for the order yet it is still marked as awaiting fulfillment, with a excpection of a further 3-5 working days before I can expect delivery. There was no indication on the website that the product ordered was out of stock. I find it unreasonable that no action has been taken with the order in 5 working days despite taking my money, especially when past experiences with other online purchaes has seen my orders delivered within 3 working days of purchase. To summarise; a good range of products at competative prices but very slow to deliver. If you are not prepared to wait nearly 2 weeks for your order consider shopping elsewhere.
