Purchased a hello kitty dvd player on 21st June for my granddaughters birthday when ordered said would be delivered within 10 days, 3 weeks later still not received so phoned and cancelled order. I have still not been refunded my £89 after numerous phone calls and e-mails. Wish I would of read reviews prior to ordering. How this company are still trading is beyond me.
Didnt deliver product ordered in July and still waiting for refund (27/8)
I ordered 2 items on the 2nd July, the delivery was supposed to be in their standard time frame and the items were in stock on the website. A week went passed with no delivery so I started chasing, I was told it will be another 7-10 days. I waited, still nothing so rang back. This processed repeated for 6 weeks, before I finally got through to someone in the UK who actually checked the stock and confirmed it was out of stock and could be yet another 7-10 days. This was the first time I was told it was out of stock, they strung me along the additional 6 weeks saying it was in a container coming from their German distribution centre. Clearly all lies as it was out of stock. If I had known this earlier I would have cancelled immediately! Instead I had to wait all that time and WAE had my money all this time. I cancelled as soon as I found out they were out stock and asked for immediate refund as they had lied to me and strung me along for so long, rather than an addition ridiculous 30days which is unnecessary and unfair. Eventually I got a response from the person who deals with this saying: Dear Customer, Thank you for your enquiry in regards to your refund. We are pleased to confirm that this now has been look into and we do our utmost to resolve it as quickly as possible. The next email we will send will be confirmed that your refund has been processed and cleared back into your account. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and ask for your patience. If you wish to discuss your refund further please call us between 9 Am to 5 Pm, Monday-Friday on 01216630433. Kind Regards WAE+ It is now the 27th August and I have still received no refund, despite them doing "their utmost to resolve this as quickly as possible". Clearly WAEs "utmost" is sweet FA! What a disgrace of a company, no wonder they changed their name after the previous disgrace! 2nd fastest growing etailer, I'm sure will be 2nd fastest liquidation! Appualed! Andy
Really bad place to shop.Product was in stock then not in stock I had to wait 34 days for a refund.Worst shop online
They do not have products in stock even though said in stock. I ordered a LG monitor from them in the 2nd of Aug. and it was marked "In Stock". However, I called them on the 27th of Aug, they say still need one more month! Can you believe this? Minimum is one star. However, I think they should have zero. They should be out of business.
After reviewing WAE+ before I purchased or attempted to purchase I was a little nervous as the prices were so much lower than anyone and had the products in stock. Order was placed on 3rd July, Delivery date was between 17th and 19th July. so on the 20th July I became another statistic of WAE+. below is my conversation with wae+ Communication so far: Initial message - 19/07/2013 19:31:27 Can you please advise of my delivery as I have already waited since 3rd July and your delivery date was between the 17th and 19th July. Kind Regards, Customer Service contacted them on return from my hols and still nothing today is the 27th August and cancelled my order, they then told me as per there terms and conditions I have to wait up to 30 days. needless to say I've now contacted my credit card company and trading standards. Do not deal with this company they are exactly what the reviews say....robbers
The same story as everyone else's. Ordered in July. Money taken instantly, no goods, no money, item listed as being in stock all the time, even when they eventually replied to complaints that it is not in stock. Incredible that nothing could have been done for two years of their existence when they behaved like that all the time for nearly all customers.

On 1st July I ordered some lego for my nephew's birthday and today is the 26th August and I have not received it. This is despite the company having debited my credit card at the time of my order and my having rung them twice to try to see what was going on. The excuse was that they are awaiting shipment from Europe, but they still took the money not knowing when they were going to be able to send my goods, and have never contacted me apart from a quick email when I had rung them the second time. I am now trying to cancel the order and am not even able to do that as I can't get through on the phone and the cancellation form is not responding. Will not be using again - not even for the £5 voucher - it's not worth the hassle. I should say though that they have always been polite when I spoke to them.
I ordered a Blu-Ray Player on 4th July. They said the item was in stock. It never arrived so I left a query on the website and they said that they now had to get it from their depot in Germany. Still nothing happened so I tried to get an explanation by leaving a message on their website and got no response at all. They took the money with the order. And now if I cancel I wonder how long it will be before they give me the refund?? This is the worst company for customer service that I have EVER dealt with.
Didn't have what I ordered in stock, even though on the website is said it was. As for a refund, has been 8 weeks now and still no refund... Never using WAE+ EVER again.
Short Version: Paid for Router – never turned up – cancelled order – had to fight like crazy to get my money back. Took my money on: 25.06.13 Got my money back: 22.08.13 (only because of credit card company) Longer Version: Tried to buy a router from this company, at first it looked like a great deal, after 2.5 weeks nothing turned up so I contacted them only to receive an email saying it was out of stock (when I ordered it clearly stated this item was in stock). Then I decided to cancel the order, this is when the nightmare started. Again after 2 weeks I still hadn't received any refund, so I contacted them, they gladly informed me they could legally keep my money up to 30 days, I wasn't happy about this but I thought fair enough I’ll wait the 30 days. The 30 days passed and went, still no refund, so I contacted them again - they apologised and promised me the money would be in my account by the end of the week, the week passed nothing happened. I eventually received a refund on 23/8, 12 days after the 30 days legal time limit; this was only due to my credit card company issuing a charge back and forcing them to return my money. Without the credit card company acting I am pretty sure I would have never seen my money again. They promised me time again they would refund me but nothing ever happened, I tried to speak with their manager and left messages but she never retuned my calls. This experience with WAE+ was a complete nightmare; if you value your money avoid this company at all costs even if they seem cheaper than anyone else.
Don't order anything from this company they take your money and not send the goods. I have waited 6 weeks now for a box of mints and have had no communication DREADFUL
I ordered a laptop messenger bag on the 3rd of July. I have received 3emails when i placed the order. The pack was due on the 17th July. At the beginning of August I phoned the company since i have not received the package or any other update about my order. They said it will take one more week. Phoned the next week too as it still hasnt arrived and the customer service agent gave me the same answer. I needed the bag for my holiday in July. Ridiculous. I had to cancel my order after 7 weeks as i did not want to wait more. They said they will refund the whole amount, still nothing happened. With this many bad experiences i think the company should be reported to a legal body. Please do not use the company.
Initial deliver was 10/14days. Date came but no delivery. Had to chase them. Person I contacted could not resolve problem and had to send e mail to his manager. Still no delivery, eventually it seams they had not received it from their supplier. Now have been offered another deliver of 10/12 working days. Every one polite but still no stuff.
I purchased my item on the 30th June 2013. It did not arrive so I telephoned WAE+ only to be told that it was NOT IN STOCK albeit that it was originally advertised as being IN STOCK. I was informed that hopefully it was in a shipment coming from Germany.I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Since that day I have contacted WAE+ on numerous occasions and each time I am told that my refund is being processed and I will receive my refund in the next 3-5 days. It is now way over 30 days since I cancelled my order and still I have NOT received my refund. How I wish in hindsight that I have checked the customer reviews on a number of websites concerning WAE+. I have never seen so many negative reviews all with the same experiences as mine. I just do not know how WAE+ are allowed to get away with this dreadful service and refusing to pay refunds for goods they never had, PLEASE PLEASE BE WARNED IF YOU ARE THINKING OF PURCHASING FROM WAE+.
Told after 3 weeks item in stock but dont know when you will get it. Cancelled order then had to wait over a month to get refund and only after phoning them twice !! Think I was lucky getting money back reading past reviews !!
Order otterbox month ago ,but box did not arrived,customer service got do not care approach.
Same story as everyone else. How I wish I'd looked at Trustpilot before ordering! The insolvency company letter says they want details of "any concerns regarding the way in which WAE's business has been conducted". Ordered item on 17/7/13.Lego wheels 6118 Product code 409167 £10.49 inc postage & packing. wae emailed to say they could not manage to complete order. Ordered item again on 24/7/13. e mailed wae on 31/7/13 to enquire were my item was. NO REPLY. I Rang on 5/8/13 gentleman said he would get item dispatched no reason given for delay or apology. This was a Birthday present! Today 22/8/13 I have received my credit card bill to find out WAE have take £10.49 0n 18/7/13 & £10.49 on 25/7/13 YET I STILL HAVE NO GOODS. I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND OF £20.98 A.S.A.P. I WILLNOT BE USING THIS SUPPLIER AGAIN. I HAVE ONE VERY DISAPPOINTED GRANDSON STILL WAITING FOR LEGO WHEELS.
