*****THIS COMPANY IS NOW IN ADMINISTRATION**** Same old story for me as alot of people have had.... I was fooled into using this company with the cheap prices and legitimate website design. My item never came, got the usual delayed order jazz, then cancelled it, then got the usual your refund will be coming soon BS. Luckily my bank reversed the transaction JUST BEFORE I received a letting saying the company had gone into ADMINISTRATION. On their website it says "down for maintenance" unbelievable! STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY, OR ANY OF IT'S SUB COMPANIES OR AFFILIATES. COWBOYS!

Placed an order never turned up they said it was delayed waited and waited still didn't turn up so I cancelled my order and they said ill get a full refund in thirty days now they have gone out of business so no goods no refund £400 pounds out of pocket GUTTED

Havent sent my order (from over 2 months ago) promised a refund but didnt process it and now sent me a letter saying they are in administration and I can make a claim but it is unlikely i will get anything. Bet tyhe owners have by now set up a sister company and are taking other peoples money as we speak!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!

Cancelled order after long delay and still no refund after a month. Unable to contact by telephone and website is under reconstruction. They have either gone out of business or been closed down due to taking lots of money from poor innocent consumers. I would not recommend to anybody unless they enjoy paying for goods they will never receive. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company to hopefully get my money back.

firstly the delivery of my hard drive took over 2 weeks despite paying for the faster delivery service and then when i contacted WAE to bring this issue up they just simply refunded the faster delivery service charge but not back into my account, as store credit, what a joke....! and now, 6 months on, my hard drive which I use for a back up drive for ALL my data on my laptop has failed, the site is apparently 'under maintenance' I have no telephone number for them and as yet i am still waiting for a reply to my email.... Pathetic..!!

for info company now in liquidation and assets purchased by J M Limited.co.uk Ltd. Fascinating how this review has been reported when all it mentions is a statement of fact given to me (and many others) by the company administrators, Baines and Ernst that the assets of WAE+ have been purchased by J M Limited.co.uk Ltd. Have been requested to restrict feedback to my purchase only. well, without boring you, its pretty much the same as all the others. I ordered an item on 30th June 2013 with item showing 'in stock' with delivery 4th - 8th July 2013. When 8th July deadline passed I cancelled order ( item still showing in stock). Was asked by WAE to be patient as item will be in stock soon?. I confirmed I wanted an immediate refund as they had failed to meet terms of contract by not delivering on contractual date. After chasing my refund 4 (four) times in the following two months with no success before they went into administration the bank is now refunding the full amount. I will be keeping an interest in the directors of WAE to see where they or there associates reaapear, watch this space.

Ordered Dyson vacuum cleaner on 3rd July. it did not arrive on due date. Contacted WAE+ and was told it would be delivered 6th August. Did not arrive. Was told item was not in stock and did not know when it would be delivered. Cancelled order. After 35 days still no refund. Contacted credit card company and received credit within one week. Thank you MasterCard; no thanks WAE

Never have I had such a bad experience with an online retailer. they really are scum. On the 30th June 2013 I ordered a computer graphics card at the cost of £141, a few days after the 12 working day delivery date they emailed me telling me the item was not part of their core range so they were having supplier troubles (an excuse given to many many customers). At this point they asked if I wished to cancel the order and be refunded I said yes. Weeks went by with no response and every email i sent to them was replied to with either a generic 'dear customer' reply or nothing at all. They said my money would be refunded which of course it was not. I was about to give up but then decided to phone my bank HSBC (I paid on a debit card so was pretty sure I would not be protected) However they informed me that all of their debit cards have payment protection for goods mis-sold or not sent out. I literally spent 2 minutes on the phone giving the details of the stink bag company and the amount they had taken, and 10 hours later the money was back in my account and they raised a fraud case with WAE+, so thankyou HSBC!! In a nutshell - STAY AWAY!!! and always google trustpilot reviews of future retailers you've not heard of

We ordered a camera which was meant to arrive in 3-5 days. When it didn't arrive we phoned to enquire. Were told that the item wouldn't be in stock for over a month. Decided to cancel order. Received confirmation of cancellation via email and were told would receive a further email to confirm refund. This was back at the start of July and we have still heard nothing. Their website is now down and when you call, are told due to the high volume of calls to go to their website. Total scam. Glad that no one else can be duped as website now not working but very frustrating for people trying to get their money back. Have passed it on to the credit card company to dispute. Good luck everyone!

I ordered a TV on behalf of my Mum and Dad, who are unsure about using the internet. The order was placed on the 22nd July 2013. The TV never arrived as promised so they cancelled their order. It is now the 8th September and they have still not received a refund of the considerable amount of money spent after numerous promises and emails. They are not in a position to lose this type of money and WAE+ should be ashamed of themselves for taking consumers cash and not refunding it. Do not use this company as you will not receive your goods or receive a refund.

I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company. I ordered a camera from WAE+ on June 25th was informed delivery would be 3 to 5 working days. Two weeks later I still had not received said goods. I contacted them and was told the shipment to them had been delayed and I would definitely receive the order in 7 to 10 days. After a further 2 weeks and not having received the camera I cancelled the order and asked for a refund of the money they had taken from my credit card account. It is now 7th September and after several phone calls and emails I still have not received my refund.

Simple really. Didn't deliver product. Haven't refunded yet after numerous promises and plus 30 day wait. Don't use them, their prices are too good to be true.

Ordered CF card and paid by bank transfer. Never got it. Never got a refund. Spent a fortune in phone calls, and time on emails and customer contact. WAE+ display extraordinary contempt for their customers.

2/8/13 I purchased a sd card which they said was in stock but it wasn't. I waited 20 days for delivery but it didn't come . I asked for a refund on the 19/8/13 still no refund to date even after several phone calls. They have told me it can take up to 30 days for a refund and it looks like they intend to make me wait. WHAT A GOOD WAY OF MAKING MONEY ADVERTISE STOCK YOU DON'T HAVE AND MAKE YOUR CUSTOMER WAIT OVER A MONTH FOR A REFUND. THEY MUST BE MAKING GOOD INTEREST ON OUR MONEY.

I ordered a CD player and it arrived faulty. This was in June 2013 and I returned it asking for a replacement. After several 'phone calls and e-mails ...nothing! They have my money and I have nothing... AVOID!!!!!

Ordered on the 23 June 2013. Everything was showing as in stock and I chose standard delivery. On the 9 July I chased the order and they said it was due to go out anyday. On the 19 July chased again. Told there was a stock issue but it would be shipping soon. On 27 July chased again and they again said it would be sent out soon. On 29 July I gave up and threatened them with Trading Standards as I had my doubts they were a genuine company. My card was credited on the 14 August so it was a 2 month nightmare dealing with them. Don't believe them if they say it is in stock. Just google and see all the bad reviews. I wish I had done that first and now I realise their prices are too good to be true!

Never place an order with them. They do not provide you with a receipt. They take your money, don't send you the goods. Lie about refunding you and basically hope that you give up chasing them. I hope for your sake that if you've already placed an order with them you have done so on credit card - as chargeback is your only hope of seeing your money again.
